Yea, I like it tooLooked into it a little bit. Tennessee is where I would retire if I was a God fearing conservative American.
Milder climates, low taxes, trapping and hunting culture. Good healthcare.
Oh come on, a few bails of hay, some grass , and corn and apples and carrots. Then you get fertilizer for the garden. It’s the vetting that’s expensive. Little girl grand babies love them. So does grandma.
Probably… but they are more sure footed. Less likely to stumble on uneven ground and throw somebodyI've no experience with mules but from what i understand about them I too would prefer a mule over a horse, but they're hay burners also...
Yea, I like it too
Do you know their language and customs? My real retirement plan is to preach the Gospel to the Iranians. If I can no longer work.

Strive for perfectionGetting better each day.
That's excellent!I summered in Baxter every year and walked Kataden… so if your a big Boy Scout, yea but I’m not interested. I want a few acres of land for chickens, for horses, for gardening, for my dogs. I can be up at 3am to do chores dependent on warmer climates. Plus, I need to be close to a good cancer hospital.
Much will depend on my sons next employment… will he snag a job with Porshe in Atlanta or move to Mercedes… it’s too early to say… but it won’t be in the snow belt.
My 1974 ascent of Katahdin was done with a co-worker at the pizza shop. We took the Abol Trail up the south side of the mountain on a warm (80s) and humid August day. Much of that trail is up an old landslide so zero shade with the sun blasting the 45° south slope - Abol is the shortest way to the summit; that day it was the quickest way to heat stroke.I climbed Stone Mountain - back in 1974
So in essence - pay has to be a bit higher - which in turn causes the business to raise prices.
The average pay then is about 90,000 per year - so many people to contribute
What is the average salary in Australia? (2023 Guide)
.. the average Australian has over 3 times the personal wealth of the average American....
I dont want to get off track too much - but what would you say is the reason for that - less personal debt? (credit cards, ect) Americians love to spend more than they should for many things - ie - spending $40,000 on a car when a car worth 25 grand would be sufficent
Back around 1965 - my dad toyed with the ideal of moving to Australia!
But no snow at Christmas......!
