Oh Good Lord, Thank You!!

I was going to move to Florida like all the rest of the yankee northeast coastal elderly but it’s gotten as expensive as New Jersey… just incredible! my son and family moved there for work several years ago but there not happy (for many reasons). So bottom line I have a goal to move somewhere that’s not so expensive.. my short list is:

Delaware
Georgia
Tennessee

up for suggestions… I like Chattanooga,
savannah, I don’t know. I’m not big city oriented… worked in NYC for 30 years and not a fan. Would prefer to buy a few acres in the country where I can put up a garden, raise chickens and a horse or two for the wife and grandchildren… oh and have the dog run comparatively free.

I’ve been whittling down my book collection preparing to move.
I’ve packed up what’s left last weekend….24 heavy boxes.

Not sure, maybe because we bought a total of 40 acres, but this was 3 nights ago out the back door.
