For Those that Think COVID-19 is Like the Flu...

If you read what these projections are saying, they are comparing what they think will happen if you do nothing vs what will happen if you engage in lockdowns and social distancing. So yes, compared to doing nothing and losing potentially millions of lives, Trump is doing well. That is still worse than almost every other country that is currently battling covid19 with the early decisive actions they have taken.

You were doing good until the last sentence. Then the TDS kicked in. It's a shame, because Trump is living rent free in your head.

And it's going to get worse. The President is doing very well, and the early shutdown firewalls him from just about any ridiculous attacks.

How is it that by running that story they are fear mongering? Fear mongering about communist governments? What are you trying to say by being dismissive about such possibilities? Or you just think you win the conversation by BEING dismissive. You excel at it, by the way.

I’m just going by the standard of which “fear mongering” is used to label the media here. Here we are “fear mongering” about an actual real virus that affects us and can kill some of us.

So maybe we worry a little bit about that or I could stay awake worrying about some half baked story that may or may not have happened on a website notorious for taking liberties with “source” and sensationalistic headlines.

Yeah, you’re right. You shouldn’t visit Breitbart. Wouldn’t want you to lose sleep. Did you lose any sleep when Andrew dropped dead prematurely or did you just celebrate quietly?

People get added to the death toll who die of the flu but have underlying conditions. It happens every year.

Zactly. If one has diabetes but is living a normal life by controlling it, catches Cvirus and dies, then the virus killed him. Same with any other 'underlying condition'.

We will see! How’s he tracking with women in general & black women in particular?

Lol. No kidding. Okay?

The NY Times was trying to make an issue out of Trump's touting of hydroxychloroquine as a treatment for coronavirus as being motivated by his owning stock in the company that makes it. Another day, another baseless attack on Trump.

The Babylon Bee ran an article recently, "Man begs internet to quit making him defend Trump." I can certainly relate.

Right bait and switch.

His press conference this past week made that tweet blush. I’ll find it for you.

Hey if it helps you sleep. I bet the democrat lawmaker testimony about HCQ gave you cold-sweat nightmares.

But none of this will go away until you get to the root of the problem that makes you so irrational.

Oh I know it was baseless. Just off topic. People throw stuff this at me like I’m a Democrat and it’s some sort of gotcha.

if it walks like a duck, & quacks like a duck..........it must be a rino duck.

I admit I never consider them as Republican, because I always hope that Republicans will be conservative, & that’s just not the case. In light of that, will you be voting for Trump?

Samaritan's Purse Delivers over Eight Tons of Medical Supplies to Alaska

More crazy stories from Breitbart & covid-19. This one is about Samaritans Purse helping Americans in Alaska get through this pandemic. Did the msm cover this good news story?

While I applaud the efforts of Samaritan's Purse, just exactly what does "Eight tons of Medical Supplies" mean?

How many tons do they need?
Is eight tons a lot of supplies?
Is eight tons a lot of supplies for Alaska?
How many pallets does eight tons of supplies fit on?

There is no context whatsoever. It sure sounds good though--eight tons!

Probably not?
