Again, for the umpteenth time they are all part of a larger movement and you know it. And they all want political influence to gain public acceptance and indoctrinate school children. They want to be able to use whatever bathroom they want to in public. No on suggested that you or I will be doing it as a result. Another one of your straw man arguments.

In all honesty, I believe for a man to want to become a woman or a woman to become a man has to be mentally irregular. I would say the same thing for a man desiring another man & the same for women. Its a shame that people are like that. I really believe that in order to correct this, they need counseling.
I have heard of homosexuals that were not happy & have struggled with their lifestyle. Through counseling they were able to make that change necessary. One time I was watching the Today Show & they were interviewing a man who turned his life around. He got involved with a church, accepted Christ, & did whatever it took to leave his old life behind. Toward the end of the interview, they mentioned that he is now happily married & has two kids.
To say that a person is born as a homosexual or made into a man with woman's thoughts is to say that God makes mistakes. We all know that isn't the case. So by that line of reasoning, a person who becomes another of the opposite gender or a person who is a homosexual, chooses that lifestyle.
The best part about living here in America is that a person can live the way they want. You can decide how to live your life. However, there is one rule to decision making: There are consequences, both good & bad. You may succeed, you may fail, you might escape injury if you dodge to the left, you might get hurt if you dodge to the right.
A person can choose their lifestyle too. They can live how they want to. That doesn't mean that its right. I also don't have to accept you if I don't want to. That doesn't mean that others have to accept you either. Live the life you want to live, but don't push it onto other people & expect them to accept you. It doesn't work that way.
Its generally best to clean your closet before coming out of it.

I am not promoting any social or moral position. I am making the point that Chastity's decision is not one that should concern anyone but her and her family; and that it isn't the "END OF THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT!"

Let me also add a couple of other things. You cannot show where I promoted anyone get gender reassignment surgery. I said it was their business, not yours or mine. No promotion in that...it just ain't none of our business.
Secondly, don't confuse your interpretation of the Bible with absolute truth. After all, if it were all cut and dried, there would be no debate forums.

Baloney. Promoting it would be saying, "Hey, I think it is terrific for people to get this surgery. In fact, why don't more folks do it!"
You have yet to show where this is scripturally forbidden.
My personal belief is there is a psychological issue at play, but that is not what we are discussing.
We STILL bear some of Gods image after the fall. That why it says not to murder because you murdering someone is like doing it to Gods image.
This is scoffing. Did you say you go to church or a certain denomination?
