Currently there are five countries, China, Cuba, North Korea, Laos and Vietnam, that claim Communist governments.
Syria, Bulgaria, Armenia, Venezuela and Bolivia have fascists elements in their governments to one degree or another.
There is no way to say these countries have a merged Communist -- Fascist philosophy.
It has just started.
