Amen the Scriptures proclaim the truth.

What's wrong buddy? Are you saying there is not a verse in there?

Verse that claims the bible is final and only authority.

YES or NO? You Should be happy to tell me yes and give me the verse. Do it.
I have already given you verses.

You rightly quoted Paul when he said the Church is the Pillar and Buttress of Truth--Meaning--we Hold up the Truth--the Word of God. The Scriptures are our only source of Truth. The Church proclaims God's Truth.

Paul told Timothy to Proclaim, "The Word." The Scriptures. Jesus Said in the Scriptures we Find Life and they are What Testify of Him. Christ said we will Worship God in Spirit and in Truth-The Scriptures declare the Truth.

What is the Bible? It contains the words that were written by the leaders of the Church who had the authority to decide things. The Bible itself is made of paper and ink can do nothing, can decide nothing, it only tells the story of those who were making the decisions concerning the new Christian church. The problem that arises at this point is with the different interpretations of it, with many of these interpretations not happening until some 1600 years after the Christian faith had been in existence. So who is right?

There have always been different interpretations of God's words. Satan presented interpretations of God's words when he tempted Christ.

****Edited to add

It is man's work to handle God's Word correctly. 2 Timothy 2:15

I searched for this quote you attributed to Calvin. In one article it said it was from his comments on Ez. 22:20. But I was not able to locate it.

You need to be able to cite a quote more accurately and with context --if in fact the 'quote' is authentic.

But getting back to your lack of honesty after I called you on it --I will do so again.

Luther and Calvin did not drown anyone -AnaBaptist or not --nor did they supervise such an activity. Your credibility is proving to be zilch.
But please confirm you agree that Ulrich Zwingli did in Zürich

Define "Church"

I have already given you verses.

Did any of them say the bible is final and only authority? Give me the chapter and verse.

If we have to we can find a dictionary. And you show me which of those words means FINAL and ONLY AUTHORITY.
