Only if all of the bowls are in the dishwasher while it's running...which never happens, so never mind.

I thought all normal people use a cup for cereal. The milk goes down much easier and it just tastes better from a cup!

I voted bowl, but I'll use either, depending on how hungry I am, and I mostly don't eat it for breakfast, but usually for a latenight snack.

This is the first I've ever heard of eating cereal out of a cup. Hmm...I may have to try that...

Bowl.

Actually, I've never heard of eating it out of a cup.

Unless you are talking about a large soup cup, my teen-age grandson would have to eat several cups to get full!

I don't eat cereal. Most all of them have wheat in them. I eat brown rice for breakfast ;)
Are you not able to eat wheat? I have trouble with some wheats due to IBS and gallbladder complications. I can't eat my beloved oatmeal anymore. :tear:

Tom,

I can't have any wheat -- and I don't tolerate most dairy. Although for some strange reason I do ok with butter, but it's the only dairy product I've found that won't give me a migraine.

I don't eat anything that has an ingredient I can't pronounce (chemicals ;) ) which cuts out all kinds of things.

I can eat oatmeal, I can eat grits, but I got hooked on the healthiness of brown rice and eat it for/with breakfast, lunch and dinner most days.

Does cup or bowl determine some kind of theological stance? For instance, cup is Calvinist, bowl is Armenian; or bowl is KJVO and cup is NIV preferred?

Maybe I'm reading too much into this.

Yall are killin' me! Normal people eat cereal in a cup with a long stem teaspoon. I know yall are just tryin' to mess with me.

Agreed. I prefer both. Although if it is in a cup, i typically just drinkeat... no spoon requited... unless it is of course raising bran which you have to have that spoon for... I think i may get some now...

okay, obvious a spoon can't be requited per say... and no, I am not a farmer so I will not be raising bran, i prefer raisin bran...

the edit was glitching on me...

Well, that explains my eating cereal out of a bowl instead of a cup...I've never been called normal.

I just had a huge banana split, out of a deepen plastic plate, with walnuts, cherries, you name it. I am in a terrible condition now. Does this count?

It only counts if you share!!

(and I just had some of my daughters banana burrito at a Mexican restaurant, and woo hoo!! That was so good, it MUSTA been fixed in a cup! It was a tortilla, a layer of peanut butter, and a banana rolled up in it, deep fried and smothered in a honey sauce, cool whip, sprinkles, and a cherry on top.)
