How do you eat your cereal?

I use both depending on hot or cold cereal. Cold gets a bowl and hot gets a cup.

Well, Tater, it appears that your definition of normal is different than everybody else's. I've never heard of eating cereal out of a cup either. Must be a Mississippi thing.

I usually don't eat cereal. My metabolism is pretty high and having cereal for breakfast means I'm starving by 9:30.

I think cereal in a cup is great. You can eat it with a spoon and then it is perfectly set up to drink the milk. I guess the majority of people here just don't get it.

There's a fairly new restaurant called "The Cereal Bowl." No lie. Most of what they serve is cereals with various toppings -- fruit, nuts, etc.

Okay, this has to be one of the funniest thread titles EVER!

And, although I have never heard, til now, of eating cereal out of a cup, either, the whole milk-drinking at the end of the cereal thing DOES make sense. Especially if it's Cocoa Krispies, coz then it's CHOCOLATE milk, and who wants to miss a drop of that?!

See, this just kinda proves the whole cup thing is unique--but perhaps this thread will start a whole new trend??

Oh, and there wasn't the choice of: 3) Straight out of the box. That's the ONLY way two of my nieces and one of my grandkids will eat it--ANY flavor. Of course, we buy them their OWN boxes for that! :laugh:

Bowl is the only way to go. Cats get whatever milk is left over, so I don't have to tip the bowl.
