This was barely 90 days ago. You will note that Iconoclast (Calvinist) liked it; agedman ([mostly] Reformed) agreed with it; SovereignGrace (Calvinist) marked it a winner. So, I'm sticking with my assertion that Calvinists believe that regeneration frees the 'bondage of the will' and allows one to make free will decisions.
