Did you move in with that woman?

Did you move in with that woman? Whose Mother even opposes it?

Well, just let me say that you are overly intelligent for this forum

Now you going to tell me how us regular folk are keeping you happy (gay) folks from your rights?

Luke 6:27-37
But I say to you who hear, love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. Whoever hits you on the cheek, offer him the other also; and whoever takes away your coat, do not withhold your shirt from him either. Give to everyone who asks of you, and whoever takes away what is yours, do not demand it back. Treat others the same way you want them to treat you. If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them. If you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. If you lend to those from whom you expect to receive, what credit is that to you? Even sinners lend to sinners in order to receive back the same amount. But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High; for He Himself is kind to ungrateful and evil men. Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful. Do not judge, and you will not be judged; and do not condemn, and you will not be condemned; pardon, and you will be pardoned."

John 15:12
This is My commandment, that you love one another, just as I have loved you."

1 John 2:7-11
"Beloved, I am not writing a new commandment to you, but an old commandment which you have had from the beginning; the old commandment is the word which you have heard. On the other hand, I am writing a new commandment to you, which is true in Him and in you, because the darkness is passing away and the true Light is already shining. The one who says he is in the Light and yet hates his brother is in the darkness until now. The one who loves his brother abides in the Light and there is no cause for stumbling in him. But the one who hates his brother is in the darkness and walks in the darkness, and does not know where he is going because the darkness has blinded his eyes."

1 John 3:14-18, 23-24
"We know that we have passed out of death into life, because we love the brethren. He who does not love abides in death. Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer; and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him. We know love by this, that He laid down His life for us; and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. But whoever has the world’s goods, and sees his brother in need and closes his heart against him, how does the love of God abide in him? Little children, let us not love with word or with tongue, but in deed and truth.

"This is His commandment, that we believe in the name of His Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as He commanded us. The one who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. We know by this that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us."

1 John 4:15-21
"Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God. We have come to know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and the one who abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him. By this, love is perfected with us, so that we may have confidence in the day of judgment; because as He is, so also are we in this world. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves punishment, and the one who fears is not perfected in love. We love, because He first loved us. If someone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for the one who does not love his brother whom he has seen, cannot love God whom he has not seen. And this commandment we have from Him, that the one who loves God should love his brother also.

Excuse me? We have federal and state laws that make employer fraud illegal.
Employer fraud may be illegal but it is happening all around you even today. Unions are groups of employees that seek representation to expose that sort of thing. Together people make a greater impact.

I was a grad student at a university and had an adviser who lied to me toward the end of my studies. The man did not like Christians. He had a reputation among some staff (I found out later from a few former employees) as being against women and Christians. Others who were employed at the university could cite particular cases of discrimination. When I contacted a lawyer he told me that it would be highly unlikely that anything would be done. I took my complaint before the grad college and they made it known that they would not investigate anything. When I spoke with my lawyer friend he told me that the university would defend him and exhaust my bank account just so they would not be exposed and the issue made public. So much for laws. He was removed from everything except teaching. The grad college as him questions for 45 min.

In 1970 it was commonly known that illegals were hired by the U.S. government to trim disease from trees in the forests of WA and OR. Do you remember who was president then? Liberals?

Thank you. I have found it best just to ignore that poster. I have no idea if he is in the flesh, is a false convert, demons are using him, or demons are living in him. If he is a false convert then demons may be living in him. But if he is saved, then he is in the flesh.

I was gonna give him the good person test.

Uh, excuse me?

YOU are the one who professes to be a pastor, but YOU are the one that went all the way from SC to ARK to meet a woman you had only talked to online.

And YOU are the one that stayed with her alone in her house, and YOU are the one that her Mother has a problem with (which I dont blame her)

Now, back to the question at hand.....are you still in SC? Or did you move in with her? Where is the job that was discriminating against you? Was it SC or Ark?

You cant be a preacher and a fornicator at the same time. EVEN if you and her have not had sex yet, you will.

And besides, who will listen to a preacher that is shacking up with a divorced woman?

How about some proof? People have more disposable income than ever in American history.

Ask the ex-auto workers in Detroit. yes a guy used to get 40/hr to sweep the floor with a gazzilin benefits.....but where are those jobs now?
Have you ever met a poor GM executive? Is that becasue of unions?

There was a time when the chief executive of a company made 8 times what the lowest person made. Now it is about 500. Are unions responsible for that too? Gotta pay those executives more. They need it. Shipping those jobs to China are the result of unions just so the American executive can make at least 500 times what the lowest paid worker makes. He needs to have that lavish home. He needs the money just so he can buy homes around the world.

A large number of those auto workers you speak of have come to the city where I live. The average age where I live is 29 and the median family income is $75,244. A man just out of high school can get a job that pays a minimum of $26/ hr. with no experience and training. They have great benefits too. My neighbor has taken four weeks off in the past year. He is 32 and has been working in the city for three years.

Do you really think as the GM, Chrysler and Ford executives lined their pockets that they really cared about the quality of their product or was it more like taking advatage of the American people with planned obsolescence?

There are NO intelligent answers to unions. It is simply legalized extortion.
Once again just your opinion without any documentation. Amazing how you have all the answers. When I taught I saw the American public defrauded by the school board until the union exposed them. When they were exposed they were voted out and the superintendent shortly thereafter. Without the union teachers would have feared for losing their job.

Who legalized the extortion?

I had a interview at a manufacturing plant yesterday. Just about everyone I saw was hispanic, and even the employer told me this during the interview and plant tour. They also said that all shift leaders are hispanic. I am white and would be one of the only ones. I am working hard at trying to find a job and I do not think its fair or right if I get turned down because I am not hispanic. There are plenty of talented white folks looking for work. Employers that cater to hispanics and discriminate against whites are in the wrong. I did apply for the warehouse lead position, but got turned down, and the person I was speaking with yesterday himself said that all leaders are hispanic.

EV, best thing you can do is just keep moving on and knocking on doors, handing out resume's, and taking interviews. If you get bogged down with this company or that company's preferences, you'll hinder your job search.

Yeah its a tough one here. So much is done and no one acts on them which is the problem. Many employers will not accommodate workers on sundays, and cant even prove an undue hardship. I went to a job fair and the temp agency said outloud that if we put in our assessment that we cannot work any shift, any hour, or anyday, we would automatically be disqualified for the position. I met with them and they liked my credentials, experience, and work ethics. However I did take the assessment and indicated that I could work anyday but Sunday, and I have yet to get a call back.
Years ago it was the color of your skin.

I am not a pastor I am a open air street preacher and a evangelist. There is a difference. Also she is not divorced she is single as am I. You have a problem with online dating? Well thats your opinion and nothing else. The day will come when we will live together, but not just yet. We will live together when we are married. You put many words into my mouth man.

Very wise advice that I should take. My flesh wants to ignore it, but the Holy Spirit says to keep on moving and applying. Being wronged is part of life.

Good point. There are goods and bad's about unions. They are not all bad, and they are not all good. So many people just focus on the extremes, and negatives.

Every person in the US should have the right to work without being forced into a union. I have worked as a welder all of my life, and had to work several jobs that were union. My pay wasnt any higher, my benefits werent any better, but the atmosphere was intense.

Every union job i ever had treated me like crap. The bosses were bullies, the workers were all disgruntled, and the company had no respect for any of us.

Go down South, to a right to work state, and try it....it is much much calmer, and the companys respect you. You might even learn to enjoy working.

I hate unions.

Like it or not, it's not your call if you are hired or not. Take it for what it is. Best advice would be that you dust off your feet and keep plugging away.
