The order from Judge Carl Nichols, a Trump appointee, came in agreement to a proposal from the state that would allow it to challenge Nichols’ jurisdiction over the issue, Politico reported Thursday.

Congress has a right to know these things because the President has not placed his business interests into a blind trust. By the way congress does not have a right to know anything about his or anyone else's tax returns. They have been declared private which is why the dems lose every attempt in courts to get them and why the IRS has not released them directly. This all started with Carter since he was the first to do this but then Ford did not. So let's not pretend there is some mandate to release these. This is just another attempt to harass him and his family because the extreme far left does not want to except the election of Trump.
