The Democrats are just plain crooked and dirty. I get so sick of them. They are the nazis that they yell about so much because they want to break the law to personally attack people on the streets and in restaurants and now with the power of government.

Good for this Judge. A law that was passed and directed at just one person is an unconstitutional law. The same can be said of California's new law to require Presidential candidates to hand over their tax records in order to be on their ballot.

A federal judge blocked New York state from turning over President Donald Trump’s tax returns to Congress Thursday.

The order from Judge Carl Nichols, a Trump appointee, came in agreement to a proposal from the state that would allow it to challenge Nichols’ jurisdiction over the issue, Politico reported Thursday.

Judge Blocks NewYork From Turning Over Trump Tax Returns To Congress

We know Trump lied when he said he couldn't release his tax returns during his campaign. There is no law that prevents the release of your taxes during an audit.

Something so ordinary has become so extraordinary in his resistance to providing information Presidents before him did. It's funny how a guy that claims he is so rich and so smart doesn't want anyone to see his tax returns. He's a con man and he is embarrassed by his tax returns.

The law isn't directed at a person. The law was created because a person lied, and broke with a tradition meant to safeguard this nation.

You make these unsupported proclamations as if you are a trusted authority. (1) Candidate Trump, as well as President Trump, has falsely claimed that he cannot release tax returns when they are under audit. He also has refused to release tax returns BEFORE they could possibly be under audit, so even that excuse doesn’t hold. Moreover, he promised that he would do so many times and has clearly broken that promise. (2) The President is an unnamed coconspirator, as well as the beneficiary, in the Michael Cohen case. He also seems to be deathly afraid of any information getting out about his business, loans from foreign banks, and his finances. Congress has a right to know these things because the President has not placed his business interests into a blind trust. Moreover, he lies constantly about him attributes and actions, and lies about those he dislikes. And that’s not not even getting into the 10 instances of obstruction of justice documented in the Mueller investigation.

In short, everything about that post was true and you know it. It’s time to acknowledge reality, especially if you stand before others to proclaim the gospel.

I hope he keeps stringing you along after the way Harry Reid purposefully lied about Mitten's.

Well, yes, and not because it's aimed at one person, and it is - this is some state putting a requirement on a federal election, just think if Oklahoma had passed some requirement that had to release all his academic records during his first term.

Sigh, who's reality yours? Every time the dems sue to get his tax returns they lose. Why is that? He said they are under audit. He never claimed it was a legal issue. What he has said is that the IRS cannot legally release his returns against his will.

Why do they want his returns? Simply to harass him and nothing more. He was elected without showing them, there is no need now. He has been harassed enough.

He said he could not release his tax returns because he was being audited.

That was a lie. That's a matter of fact. There is no debating the issue. He lied, everyone knows that.

His team has said that this is no longer an issue because he was elected.

This is so typical of you. Always bore people to sleep with rhetoric designed to make you look like you’re actually stating truths, which you are not, but then you always go low, just like all the other leftists. Can’t help yourself, eh? You could always pray about it.

By the way congress does not have a right to know anything about his or anyone else's tax returns. They have been declared private which is why the dems lose every attempt in courts to get them and why the IRS has not released them directly. This all started with Carter since he was the first to do this but then Ford did not. So let's not pretend there is some mandate to release these. This is just another attempt to harass him and his family because the extreme far left does not want to except the election of Trump.

The viciousness and the delusion behind going after Trump and his family is on display for all to see. Trump will likely win in 2020 at this point. The extreme far left dems running for president have grown weary with playing like they are moderates and have exposed their true agenda of late. The way some Christians are also treating Trump is a blight on Christianity and as shameful as it is ungodly.

.

He sure did:

Harry Reid says anonymous source told him Mitt Romney didn't pay taxes for 10 years

and he was darned proud of it:

Harry Reid: No Regrets Over False Romney Charges

Oh, wait, you were talking about Trump. What the Rev said, Trump never claimed the IRS wouldn't allow it, his attorneys advised him not to. Maybe you can get Joe Biden to go after him on this issue.

Yes, and as I recall, Clinton had his medical records sealed so no one could use those against him. But shouldn't all Americans be fully informed of the health of one who would be president?

The day of releasing private info to the public is over. Clinton stopped medical releases. Obama stopped college records releases. No one will ever again release fiscal records. The public wants to politicise everything. People have a right to control info about themselves.

Who cares? The fact is this NYS law was passed to concern only one person, and that is an unconstitutional action.

Trump lied, Obama lied, and 99% of all politicians lie. Are you not aware of that long running reality?

Golly, I guess that makes it okay to lie about not releasing your tax returns and fighting every attempt to find out who he is doing business with as the President of the US.

Trump did not lie. He spoke without thinking. He is not a politican. It is impossible to release tax returns for so many businesses. There is no need. No one will ever release tax, college, and medical records again. It is a new rule.

The Democrats are not going to release Kamala Harris's record on dope use or talk about how she slept with Willie Brown to get a job, are they?

No, he lied, and he maintained that lie

It's not a new rule. It is possible to release his tax records. He is doing everything in his power to prevent people from seeing them.
