And there yall go again with this comply crap. He wasn't doing anything so why would he need to comply?

He wasn't knowingly breaking the law by selling illegal cigarettes? Interesting. That's a clear denial of the facts.

Do you see a pattern here?

I see a pattern developing here. Some people are trying to say that because a person may be doing something illegal it's enough to justify his death.

What's interesting to note is that the people saying this have probably done something illegal in the last few days without even realizing it.

John Stossel's Illegal Everything

This Stossel special will blow your mind! The government, especially the EPA is out of control as well as local prosecutors trying to make a name for themselves.

Poncho, what about my right to walk around and do business on relative safety ? Not only does the east coast let people like this walk around, the make you a criminal for arming yourself.

Somebody with 31 priors is on a life long mission. I don't really care if saying that irks some folks. Tell it to somebody else.

Nobody is justifying his death. What we are saying is it looks like he had a big hand in it.

And some people are racist white haters and are using it to promote hate.

That's what race baiters do.

Look at it this way, so long as the race baiters are out in force we aren't paying attention to how bad the government is screwing us all white, black, brown, red, yellow or whatever.

The elite are looting the country, flooding it with illegals, making everything illegal, militarizing the police, spying on us 24/7-365, tracking us, recording our calls and emails, teaching our children to be submissive slaves to the state . . .

We have a rogue authoritarian government and here we are arguing about race?

Gee I wonder who benefits from that?

Poncho I respect YOUR mature reply BUT your little buddy Zaac has a serious issue and hope you wouldn't lower yourself to such buffoonery.

Nobody at all has said, or tried to say; any such thing.

You need to get a grip, Poncho. Your hate for the police is beginning to effect your ability to read and comprehend.

I've not seen any such thing. I've seen people saying that the cops just attacked him for no reason but that's not the truth.

Did what he do call for a death? No. The cops didn't stand there and go to kill him. It was an unfortunate result of a poor choice a cop made. Had he known that his actions would kill the man, I highly doubt he would have done what he did. Is the cop a saint? I doubt it but he certainly isn't a premeditated murderer either.

I certainly would not be afraid of a man who did as this fellow did in the video. Nothing threatening about him. Just excessive force.

Who said he was threatening anybody?

He resisted arrest and was made to comply. In his condition and with his considerable experience at being arrested, he should have known better.

The people want justice, and they need justice. And the police are supposed to be protecting their civil rights

Why would a kid in the inner city call a cop? When I was growing up, my mother would say "Any problem, call a cop." He would show up and assess the problem, and you wouldn't become the victim.

I want to be clear. I'm not talking about all police. There are plenty of good police, and I hear from them on a daily basis.

But the police are becoming our enemy, and society is becoming the enemy of the police.

Somebody with clear, objective and impartial thinking needs to come to their senses and find a solution.

And it needs to happen fast before folks start shooting cops the way they did in Los Angeles as a result of police misconduct.

You sound like the one who's irked.

In case you haven't heard the cops don't have a duty to keep you safe, relative or otherwise.

That's your responsibility.

Another news flash for ya, we're all criminals now. Due process and guilty until proven innocent are things of the past, unless you happen to be rich or well connected.

Are you?

I don't care if this guy had 3,331 priors the cop used a banned choke hold. I don't have to define what banned means, do I?
