the officer that shot the 15 year old black girl with a knife, is supposed to be a highly trained marksman. You saying that he could not use his skills to disable the girl, than kill her?

we don't have the RIGHT to own killer weapons in the UK, as you people can, because it is some dumb "right" to do so! Then you guys wonder why killings are so high. You make it possible to own a gun, and then can't control what happens! Sounds kinda third world stuff :eek:

He is going for the best outcome for the VICTIM, not the criminal.
And even a center mass shot may not be deadly. Just happened for her to be a deadly shot.
The cop is not thinking of killing the criminal, he is thinking of stopping the attack, there is a difference.
I get the sense if you were the cop, your responses would have let the girl in pink die.

your police seem to be a bunch of amateurs! It is not like this happens now and again, it is almost a weekly event!

Why do you suppose so much higher percentage of blacks are jailed, it is not racism, it is they commit more crimes that send them to jail.
I used to work with a lot of black people, they agreed more black people commit more crimes, but many would say due to disadvantaged situations.
So they were all for strong police and criminal justice system to continue to put criminals in prisons, but also complained they make bad choices out of economic hardships. the other thing was, impatience, not being able to wait, work for or have vision of a better future through the system, people wanted instant gratification of desires. They want money as much as any other person, and are willing to do criminal acts to get it cause they think they can not get ii otherwise. It is a failure of upbringing and values.

She had I read already stabbed at another person. So the white police officer shot her at the moment she was stabbing the other girl.
This ought to have no legs to run for BLM except that it was another officer involved shooting of a black person, and BLM hates the police and the current system of justice.

have the camera clearly showing that she was attacking another black female with her knife, and the media thinks that the cop should have stop her in the leg or arms, but no soldier or cop trains to hit someone that area! They are trained to get the pther down as quick as possible when need to shoot!

Wow!!! You mean you have violent crime in your country, too?

Your cop was stabbed. Our cop was not stabbed here, and neither was the girl whose life he saved.

If your cop had a gun, your criminal may only be charged with possession now, instead of attempted murder.

How terrible that in your system you put your police in greater danger and the suspects are charged with more serious crimes.

All could have been avoided if your cop had guns.

UK police have shot dead suspects too. why are you trying to make this a uk/american issue? There is nothin g in scripture that calls for the condemnation of using leathal force in the case of self defence or defence of others.

the US is more guns as a way of life as it is written in your Constitution, which we do not have here in the UK. More guns mean more deaths, this is very simple to understand

yes but how does this have anything to do with whether it was wrong for someone to to shoot someone attempting to stab someone else? nothing.
