you guys just don't get it? I know of NO other nation on God's earth, where there is so much freedom to have a gun, or, where the police kill more people. Don't mention countries like Brazil, as they are not the same

Your link of the english cop getting stabbed, and the criminal living, what a trade off, you sound approving. What if the english cop had been killed instead, nothijng will change your mind.

again you're changing the argument. you were argueing that it was wrong for a police office to shoot someone who attempted to stab someone else (attempting murder). this is nonsense.
It is a different discussion as to what rules there should be governing access to firearms and what the rules of engagement are (when it is permissible to shoot and when it is not). That is a different discussion.

They are trained to shoot to put someone down as quickly as possible!
Only option open to him, as that girl had a large knife and running towards others with intent to do bodily harm!
Think it does, as the number show that MANY more are being killed in Chicago, and yet the dems and BLM quiet as church mice!

He was called to a scene of a woman threatening people with a knife.
Within SECONDS of arriving, a woman with a knife was attacking another with the knife and was trying to stab her.
Had he not acted, the girl in pink would certainly have been stabbed and maybe killed.
He acted according to his training. The situation justified deadly force. He had no other option.
He saved that girls life.

I am confident there isn’t a law enforcement use of force class in this nation that uses that language.
They are not trained to “put someone down as soon as possible” They are trained to use only the amount of force necessary to stop the threat, use lethal force as a last resort, and de-escalate as soon as the threat is removed.
