I am not convinced they really do think it is a sin to be that way. I have had all kinds of interactions with gay people who claim to be Christians who always claim that the Bible is mistranslated to make homosexuality to appear sinful. They have plenty of excuses as to why their lifestyle is misunderstood and why it is not a sin to be that way. I don't hear any of them claim they are struggling with being gay. Usually, their struggle is with other Christians who don't accept that lifestyle as being part of an authentic profession of faith.

It sounds like you only know side A people. If you do know any side B people, and you might, they are likely closeted and have not talked to you about it. A lot of side B people feel like since they'll never act on their desires, that there's no point in telling people about it.
How is it not a struggle for someone who has strong desires to be with the same sex, but believes that would be wrong and so chooses not to? Not to mention struggling with the burden the church at large places on them.

God is true to His Word, so you can't blame God for this, as if He is forcing you to live with sinful desires. He would not and does not compromise His holiness like that.

And yet God allows each of us to have a sin nature. Different people struggle in different areas. For some it might be an addictive personality (which I may have), for others it might be SSA,etc.

I am sorry you are having to struggle with this. You have and may experience more posts from people who think they know something about and pass judgments beyond their pay grade. Ignore them. Continue to try to honor God in all things. Know that your struggle is something God is allowing in your life and He has a purpose for all things. Do not forget about His Holiness, stay pure, stay in the word, and love God more than you do yourself. I hope you are getting some help with your struggle.

Thanks. I'm in the process of joining a group for side B people; being around others with the same ethics will be good.
I can handle dissent, I figured the worst that could happen is my feelings get hurt. I doubt anyone here would try to doxx me or find out my personal info and contact my family or anything.
