NY Times: Trump Engaged in Suspect Tax Schemes as He Reaped Riches From His Father

At least you use the word "allegedly" and I appreciate that. Perhaps their tax lawyers were just the best in the business, you know the same type of lawyers that every rich person hires. Face it, be it liberals or conservatives everyone really wants to keep as much of their money as they can.
You mean like renigging on paying charity commitments to children’s cancer hospitals?

BINGO! The headline reads:

'Justice Dept. indicts 7 Russian intelligence officers in international hacking scheme'

Specifically mentioned within the article:

"...the current indictment does not arise out of special counsel Robert Mueller's work....."

Reading between the lines....more evidence that the special counsel is winding down, the credit went to the 'Justice Dept.'

Also 'reading between the lines', Methinks Trump has 'flipped' Rosenstein, which has everything to do with the way this was announced.

When I said:

...I'm referring to expanding your horizon a little to include sources OTHER than liberal MSM for information. A very good "one stop & shop" site is:

Dude, it's spelled reneging.
Funny you point that out. "Renigging" is actually a intentionally racist spelling of the word that is common in the south. Thus spelling is so commonly used that many people think it is the proper spelling.
Most common example. "Why did the basketball coach recruit? He was (improper spelling of the word)."

Dude, it's spelled reneging.
Yeah, I thought the same, but according to Merriam-Webster, it is an acceptable alternate spelling of renege.

I do not doubt that some people use it that way when they think they can get away with it. I’ve never heard it, though, and have a hard time believing it is used that way in general settings. Have you ever seen it used in print or on air in this context? Any links? Without repercussions?

The Russia Hoax: The Illicit Scheme to Clear Hillary Clinton and Frame Donald Trump Hardcover – July 24, 2018

"#1 New York Times bestseller

Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett reveals the real story behind Hillary Clinton’s deep state collaborators in government and exposes their nefarious actions during and after the 2016 election.

The Russia Hoax reveals how persons within the FBI and Barack Obama’s Justice Department worked improperly to help elect Hillary Clinton and defeat Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential election.

When this suspected effort failed, those same people appear to have pursued a contrived investigation of President Trump in an attempt to undo the election results and remove him as president.

The evidence suggests that partisans within the FBI and the Department of Justice, driven by personal animus and a misplaced sense of political righteousness, surreptitiously acted to subvert electoral democracy in our country.

The book will examine:

  • How did Hillary Clinton manage to escape prosecution despite compelling evidence she violated the law?
  • Did Peter Strzok, James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Loretta Lynch, and others obstruct justice by protecting Clinton?
  • Why was there never a legitimate criminal investigation of Clinton in the Uranium One case?
  • Are the text messages exchanged between Strzok and FBI lawyer Lisa Page evidence of a concerted effort to undermine the electoral process?
  • Was there ever any real evidence of "collusion" between Trump and the Russians?
  • Did Trump obstruct justice in the firing of Comey or was he legally exercising his constitutional authority?
  • Did the FBI and DOJ improperly use a discredited "dossier" about Trump to obtain a FISA warrant to spy on Trump associates?
  • Should Mueller have disqualified himself under the special counsel law based on glaring conflicts of interest?
  • Was fired National Security Adviser Michael Flynn unfairly charged with making a false statement?
With insightful analysis and a fact-filled narrative, The Russia Hoax delves deeply into Democrat wrongdoing...."

Lol, this is what I mean:

Trump: No Plans To Fire Rod Rosenstein

"President Donald Trump told reporters he has no plans to fire Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein during a planned conversation with him Monday aboard Air Force One.

“I get along very well with him,” Trump told reporters of Rosenstein while departing for a trip to Florida, adding that he does not plan to fire him...."

'Rosey' still has problems with congress though:
