Was he selling illegal cigarettes on the day they killed him? If so, where were the cigarettes?

So what law was he breaking?

the only reason the police were involved is because the shop owner (s?) called the police - due to the individual illegally selling cigarettes .

He doesn't care, he doesn't want to know. All he cares, knows, and wants is that a white man pay because a black man has died.

This^ Even when someone says "look here are the facts" he will do a Shallow Al and deny it for the sake of hanging a white man.

What shop owner(s) as the Beauty Supply Store that he was standing in front of, the manager said that he nor anyone else from there called the police. So what shop owner are you referring to?

Man please. You ain't presented any facts. You've presented the white privilege narrative that you assume has to be accepted as "THE FACTS" because no one gets to challenge the white privilege perspective as to what is factual and what isn't.

Need more be said? Nope........not gonna cast more pearls.

Nope. No need to say anymore because everybody knows that the white privilege narrative is the only one that those in white privilege will consider. Everybody else is crazy.

while trying to arrest him for selling illegal cigarettes

As we look around the world today, people are being murdered for less than selling loose cigarettes. We live in an evil world; a world that grows more dangerous each day; a world and a nation where parents are afraid to send their children to school for it could be the last time they see them?

It is not a black against white issue. It is not a cop versus the non cops. It is not us against them.

It is decency versus evil, and until we wrap our heads around that, we will be missing what is needed to fight the real battle. Unity is needed if we are going to defeat the enemy that lurks in the shadow of our cities, mall's schools, etc.

The enemy is not determined by the color of skin, or the sex of another individual. The enemy is determined by their antisocial behaviors and disregard for life, limb and property!

The facts continue to present themselves to all who have half a mind to realize it, you are a black racists who hates white folks.

It's just exciting to see all these people who have complained about black people calling white people racists turning around and doing what they complained about the black people doing so much.

Brings a tear to my eye that some of you continue to be so hypocritically fake.

Now the truth comes out. Some of you didn't have a problem with folks calling other folks racists. You had a problem with black folks calling white folks racist.

But it's okay for you guys to call everybody racists. Too ridiculously sad to be funny.

Glad we could make that white privilege POV clear for everyone.

Cops celebrate garner decision:

Comments collected from the PoliceOne.com website in response to the verdict by The Free Thought Project’s Matt Agorist provide a shocking insight into the attitude of cops to the very real problem of police brutality.

The website’s comment policy demands that respondents “must be a verified law enforcement professional,” meaning that most if not all of the remarks were made by actual police officers.

The comments express the view that Garner was resisting arrest and did not “submit” quickly enough, that he died of a pre-existing condition (despite The New York City Medical Examiner’s office stating otherwise), and that the decision now means police are free to “kick some thug ass,” despite the fact that Garner’s crime was merely to flout New York’s draconian cigarette tax law.

Why does it keep coming back to race? Neither one of these two cases that are currently in the news had anything to do with race. One had to do with attacking a cop and the other had to do with resisting arrest and the unfortunate results of a cop overhandling the situation. Both men could have been white and it would have been the same result.

As RD says, it's not a color issue.

You may be right, you may be wrong. It is pure speculation.

It is not a race issue but dems need it to be in order to stir up their base for 2016.
