Get on the Chuck Baldwin wagon, there are no demons in his closet.
I appreciate your checking this out. I tried, but, did not get an answer. I went ahead and posted it because I believed in my source. You are an angel for getting this verified. and I agree....WOW!LadyEagle said:
The Lord doesn't require good sense, or any kind of sense when it comes to His word and His handiwork here on earth [and that includes prophesy]. He does require FAITH, and to place "sense" above FAITH is a sin of weakness. I'd rather have "the faith of a mustard seed" than "sense of the wisest man or king on earth" because it is "faith" that brings forth His blessings, which, may I add, in this case was "Supernatural." And the supernatural works of the Father, for way too many believers, is the most difficult act for them to believe in.KenH said:I didn't include you among those conservatives, Bro. Curtis. You have more sense than most conservatives, way more sense.
Pastor Thomas Muthee is a bonifide kook . I am ashamed that you made this attack on me LE , I thought you were better than that.LadyEagle said:Wow. So here we see on this thread that some professing Christians don't believe in demonic powers or spiritual warfare and don't believe that the Holy Spirit is alive and well. And then some wonder why so many churches are dead in America. OK.

Here's the problem with ALL of our comedians, and this includes Jay Leno, who I like. The need to make fun of our leaders is the root sin of the evil in this nation. I believe God wants us to honor our leaders, right or wrong. I don't believe God is laughing at the slime we are seeing on television. These comedians will answer for their gross misrepresentations of the people God has placed to lead us. If we believe that God is guiding our steps on this earth, than we must believe that He has placed leaders over us. We don't have to like these folks, but we have to honor them, and anything less than honor is a sin.YOUTUBECANBESAVED said:but Tina Fey and SNL is oh so fun!
Oops! I just realized the polls reflecting the VP debate come out tomorrow, hope I did not speak too soon.:BangHead:
Oh without a doubt Muthee probably loves America and it's generosity but he is still a kook and Palin can't erase her ties with this man. It's all about character or anyway it used to be.Bro. Curtis said:Palin left that church very shortly after that video was taken, and despite the comparisons, I don't hear any America hatred coming from Muthee.

Now since you made the assertion that I don't believe there are demonic powers out there that we Christians face every day., you are welcome to present your case.
Shame on You LE

Le, are you turning Pentacostal on us? It really looked like that you were implying that I was a part ofLadyEagle said:I wasn't attacking you, just making general comments.
JWP, thanks for your articulate post concerning the point I was trying to make.
It's your opinion that he's a kook. I have found nothing on the net to tarnish his character other than your assertion here on this board, which I don't take seriously.
some professing Christians
The church has neglected to keep their eye on the main culprit of sin and lies. Satan has convinced the church that the spiritual warfare, demons, etc., are no longer operating, which totally wipes out the teachings of Paul. We were told that we are fighting not flesh and blood, but the powers and principalities of the world. We have been given spiritual armor, and instructed to wear this armor in order to defeat these spiritual hosts of lies. To not believe in demons, and all things spiritual is the weak link in the chain of faith within many churches today.LadyEagle said:Wow. All of the gifts given to the NT church are alive and well today, and to denounce gifts [selective doctrine] that we "just" don't believe in is the kind of error that gets His children into trouble when they are face-to-face with evil and being attacked.
