I felt the effects of darkness and the flesh from dwelling on planet earth. I felt the effects of light from dwelling in Christian conference GARBC Baptist, Freewill Baptist and Pentecostal Holiness via the following methods....

1. Christian conference organized
2. Time in worship
3. Time in the word
4. Time around the altar in prayer

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. - 1 John 8:9

When the Word was spoken in power and in anointing (like the message spoken below) I would feel the effects of spiritual light enter the spiritual man in prayer around the altar. Regarding sinfullness, the sin was forgiven as I would confess them and ask for forgiveness.

The spiritual comes into the heart and creates a hunger for the mind. After a while discernment is formed to know the things of light and darkness... Good and evil...

But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil. - Hebrews 5:14

Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. - 1 Corinthians 2:14-15
