You are interpreting away the plain text of the Scripture. Your "interpretation" is demonstrably fallacious because if Paul's sins were washed away the moment he converted, then Jesus misled him by directing him to Ananias, who was thus in error.
God sends along mentors to young believers. This is an example of God's Sovereignty.

If what you say is true, then there would have been no need for the Church here on earth and men (it's leaders) to discern the Holy writings.

In your case, you would not need a Pastor to teach you what your faith tradition has come up with. John Smyth would have been just another believer, not one who started his own sect, with it's own doctrines, and it's own adherents.
The church is the body of believers. We are the citizens of the Kingdom. God has appointed roles to his members. Some are given the role of pastor's, elders and deacons. All are given the role of discerning God's word. We see this praised by Luke and Paul when the Bereans question them.

Yes, we are all citizens and in that light, we all are priests. We all are equal in that we all are wretched sinners made holy by being immersed into Christ Jesus.

You are saying God can't win a checkers unless he moves your pieces too.

The entire book of Job deals with this. The accusation thrown by the devil Is Job is only faithful because he is manipulated to be. Never mind blessings and happy times to BUY a person's love with good fortune, but to down right force it would mean the devil is the victor of the book of Job. The devil would laugh of course he is faithful you have forced him so like a robot.

In fact in a full manipulation that means you COULDN'T be trusted at all.
The entire book of Job is about Job trying to reconcile his theology with his circumstances.
Job rightly states, in chapter 2, "should we receive only good from God and not evil." Yet, Job and his friends thought that evil came because of a sinful life. Job cannot identify any blatant sin and therefore he doesn't understand why such grief has taken place. Finally he gets frustrated and questions God. God then speaks and rearranges Jobs theology.

So, God's Sovereignty as Supreme Ruler oozes from the book of Job. It is a great comfort when life falls apart. It is a great comfort for today.

You are forcing your interpretation out of the text. Here again is Ananias’ instruction to Paul...

Acts 22:16 ---> "And now why do you wait? Rise and be baptized and wash away your sins, calling on his name.

Once again, if Paul’s sins were washed away when he believed, then Ananias, and hence Jesus for telling Paul to seek him out, was in error.

You can have John Piper, I’ll take Jesus, Peter and Paul.
Be water baptism into Jesus, as he is the One that washes away your sins!

So what your saying is Satan was right.

You err in interpreting the Scriptures once again and ignoring the historical record. Jesus established an actual church here on earth, an institutional church with leaders to lead it and to decide things. The spiritual side which you are alluding to is another dimension of the church.

His church is the elect, not some stuffy bureaucracy in Rome.

You just can't accept reality, can you? Sad, so very sad. Hey, a question for you. The first great schism in Christianity, when did it happen and who was it between? (Answer correctly and you get a fully paid trip to the Vatican with spending money.):D

The first great schism was between Paul and Barnabas on the second missionary journey.
Luke and the Epistles report many people who held false doctrines that were not of God. Jesus tells us that wolves would come dressed in sheep's clothing. The most obvious wolf lives in the Vatican and you follow him.
(I suspect that answer gets me a trip to the Vatican in shackles.) [emoji16]

Oh you have the power of selecting who is Elect and who is Not? Interesting.

Wrong. You just can't admit the truth of the One Universal (Catholic) Christian Church can you? No Baptists, no Presby's, no Anglicans, no everything else. Just One Universal Christian Church which consisted of the Eastern and Western branches of Christianity which were in accord with one another until a certain time. That's the truth and you as a professing Christian should accept it.

The universal church is the elect, chosen by God from before the foundation of the world. (Ephesians 1:4-5)

Your Roman Church is just a pile of bricks and a room full of false teachers.
