Regarding Romans 3:25 ...

Once again, Y1 claims James 2:5 does not say God chose those "rich in faith."
He does, but not as the basis for His choosing, as that election is based upon His own good pleasure and Will period!

Once again the Calvinist ignores the scripture where God chooses those "rich in faith." 2 Thessalonians 2:13 says we are chosen "through" or on the basis of faith.

Unanswered questions
1) Does God credit the faith of some people as righteousness, as taught in Romans 4:4-5, Romans 4:23-24?
2) Does God place some people whose faith has been credited as righteousness in Christ? 1 Peter 2:9-10
3) Does James 2:5 say that God chooses those "rich in faith?" Denied in post #101, #105, #107, #117, #121

The lost are chosen through or on the basis of faith, therefore all the elect first received Christ as determined by God.

You are just parroting your misunderstandings over and over again here!

Did you need God to give you the gift of faith?

Yet another deflection, answering questions with a question. The Calvinist "gift of faith" is a total fiction with no support in scripture.

Paul in Ephesians 2:8-10 disagrees with you here!

Paul says we are chosen for salvation through or on the basis of faith. You deny 2 Thessalonians 2:13.
Paul says God credits our faith as righteousness. You deny Romans 4:4-5, Romans 4:23-24.
Paul says salvation by grace is the gift on God, but it is accessed through faith that has been credited by God as righteousness. Ephesians 2:8-10, Romans 5:1-2.

Your salvation theology seems to be resting upon what we do, but not what God did do!

Utter nonsense, salvation is clearly presented in scripture, and those same verses preclude the doctrine your proclaim.
