Again The reason why some believed on Him, its because they had been born of God, Jn 1:12-13 teaches that clearly.
Regeneration, salvation, justification, born again, not condemned, in Christ, etc….

These are all the same things. Sin is answered for and we are renewed after the sin is not on our account. Until we believe, put our faith in Christ, we are still sinners not justified before God.

If what you are attempting to put forth were true, you would have the equivalent of sinful Adam who has eaten from the tree of life.
You cannot have the propitiation of Jesus blood applied to you and still be an unbeliever.

John 1:12 is adoption because we received Him.
We receive Him by faith. This faith is our belief in Him.
We are made sons because we believe in Christ.
Sons of God is conditional on our belief. When will you begin to read with understanding?
As many as received Him=believers
To them gave He power=are given the ability
To become the sons of God= to receive the adoption of sons
Even = equally (this is said to introduce the restatement of the fact that adoption is given)
to them that believe in His name =to people who already believe
So reading the explanation straight through,

Believers are given the ability to receive the adoption of sons equally the ability to receive the adoption of sons is given to people who already believe.

It is illogical and poor reading comprehension to say that people believe because they are born of God. John 1 clearly says belief comes before adoption. We are not children of God before we believe in any way shape or form.

Remission of sins is Justification ! 2

Remission of sins or forgiveness of sins = Justification before God because , Christ's Blood does such a thorough job of cleansing us [Those He died for] from all sin, once and for all, that God absolves them of all sin and guilt that to Him, it is as they have never sinned, so God declares them Righteous.

Now this occurred in the Court of Heaven and had nothing to do with anything the Justified ones did, or will do, it had only to do with what Christ did for them and in their behalf, while they know nothing of it.

So all men Christ died for are Justified before God from all sin while they are unbelievers. Rom 5:18

18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.

For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.
