    ...and therein lies the key to success. Personal responsibility. No one is going to do it for you, a doctor doesn't have the time to follow one around to correct one's habits and get them to take the initiatives to adopt healthier lifestyles...

    It isn't rocket science, it is self-discipline. It is rather or not one is willing to work for the quality of life they would like to live.
