Rush Limbaugh offers challenge to Ried

During his radio program today Rush Limbaugh told his audience that Senator Reid initiated a letter, which was signed by 40 other representatives, that was sent to the owners of Clear Channel Radio. Their request was that the owners of Clear Channel Radio should censure Rush Limbaugh for his statements concerning those who claimed to be soldiers in Iraq, observed and took part in human rights violations, but never actually went to Iraq or in some cases never became actual soldiers.

Rush Limbaugh who now has possession of the letter has placed the letter on ebay for auction to the highest bidder. The proceeds will then be given by Rush Limbaugh to the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation. The letter is to be shipped in a Haliburton Briefcase. Rush Limbaugh has challenged Senator Reid and those who signed the letter to send an equal amount of donations to the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation, of that of the highest bidder for the letter initiated By Senator Reid.

The letter can be seen here: http://members.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewUserPage&userid=rush-letter-for-charity

I'm sure that Rush will raise 100% more than any of the signees will give to the cause. And the fact that it is a military based cause, that'll rule out the vast majority of the dems.

What an incredible move on Rush’s part. He raises money for the military charity while at the same time laughing at the senators who signed the letter. You have to admit that is genius.

Did you see the clip of him making the announcement at his speech in PA? He could barely get another word out when he said the letter was going on EBay...and the briefcase from Haliburton (the left's favorite corp!) is icing on the cake.

He is also making a copy of this document to anyone who wants it available for free from his site. Also it should be acknowledged that Clear Channel Radio turned the letter over to Rush. At this point all of America can see the exactly worded lie the dems sent to Clear Channel.

Hoo-Ha!! This ought to make the vigaro hit the mix-master when these lying yo-yo's get their pettiness broadcast world-wide.

And this with no possibility of "I mis-spoke"!

Now all America can see the ----* for what they really are.

Maybe Limbaugh is feeling guilty about not serving in Vietnam when he had the opportunity.

But I doubt it.

I hope Reid accepts the challenge.

More money for a worthy cause.

Will he?;)
