He”s dancing around the question of whether Jesus is fully God at His birth.

Jehovah Witness I’m beginning to think. Maybe Mormon, but probably JW.

    peace to you

This thread can be closed. It seems no one wants to hear.

I do not believe God is a man. I do believe the Lord Jesus Christ is both the Son of God, equal with God as God and a man.

Why the qualifier? Just say Jesus is fully God at His birth. Equal with the Father and Holy Spirit.

    Are you a Jehovah Witness?

    peace to you

Christ is just a title for Him, as he was and still is Yahweh the Son!

The church universal identifies heretics according to their rejection of the Ecumenical Creeds. They unify the Church as Jesus prayed. Where do you fit? The 1689 Baptists agree with them.

Incoherent only if you do not believe Jesus Christ is both the man and God. Man is not God. God is not man.

Christ is not a mere title. 2 John 1:9, "Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. . . ." 1 Corinthians 15:3-4.

Christology is not a feeling. It is essentual to be saved. 2 John 1:9, "Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God."

If you ask a question which you know the answer it is a stupid question. If you repeat a question I have already answered you are being stupid.

If you think my answer is wrong show why it is wrong from the word of God.

Creeds are not the inerrant word of God.

Which creed treaches the preincarnate Son of God. is Creator? Which creed teaches the Son of God is the true light even as God the Father is the true God?

Any Creed that teaches Jesus is God. Can you think of at least one?

    Have you checked the WCF?
    It was pretty thorough.

The statement "Jesus is God" is broken. Jesus Christ is both a man and God. He is God because that is who He is from eternity and He being God was not caused by the Father.

Which creed presents the Son of God as Creator?

When you say Jesus, it assumes his humanity. It's claiming he is God that the Creeds prove. Do you like to argue?

No I have never read it. Does it present the preincarnate Son of God as Creator on behalf of God the Father?
