John 13:34
Love One Another
…33Little children, I am with you only a little while longer. You will look for Me, and as I said to the Jews, so now I say to you: ‘Where I am going, you cannot come.’ 34A new commandment I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so also you must love one another. 35By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you love one another.”…
I was very little when I first heard this song. I remember my mother would play it, I would sing it around the house. I did not grow up with Christian songs but this song was close enough, it has heart.

Yeah gotta love that 70's style , LOL! This is before my time in style, but the song is nice. I use to here it in the house. I noticed something about some songs I heard growing up , they had a message that at the time I did not realize had a Christian soul . I believed in God as a child but religion was not a practice in my household. You know prayer at bed, maybe church on a special occasion but no study of scripture.

But that little bit went a long way. I guess a mustard seed is all it takes. For today , and many years it has been to this day, I have trusted in the Light of the world.

Another song I use to listen to growing up.

If you know any Greek you know what Kyrie elesion means.
Point is I never really paid attention back then to what I listened to and liked.

Mat. 22:8 “Then he said to his servants, ‘The wedding banquet is ready, but those I invited did not deserve to come. 9 So go to the street corners and invite to the banquet anyone you find.’ 10 So the servants went out into the streets and gathered all the people they could find, the bad as well as the good, and the wedding hall was filled with guests.

This is a powerful Gospel invitation song based on those words of Jesus -

Come all you vagabonds; come all you 'don't belongs' ....
