God is the same today, yesterday and froever and changes not. This is Gods law not mine. People have change the word of God to fit there needs. Just because you don,t beleave this it does not mean it isn,t true.

No, not really. A non sequitur involves two statements that have no connection. This is actually related to the misogynistic attitude expressed by a poster, and involved a bit of sarcasm. This type of thinking is long gone in civilized society. Unfortunately, the fundy mind is stuck in the 1600s.

Since when does society dictate what you believe or put your faith and trust into? Are you telling me that society is more sovereign than God? God never changes, society does. When Sodomites begin mounting pulpits in hundreds of Baptist churches and God fearing Christians speak out against this, will you then say, "This type of thinking is long gone in civilized society. Unfortunately, the fundy mind is stuck in the 1600's".

Society is ever changing, the Word of God, never changes

See how are you going to understand Gods word when you Don,t know what A and B is. Let me Explain VERY SLOWLY A IS FOR APPLE AND B IS FOR BEES. Did you get that.

What? And lose the funding a church of that size provides? <sarcasm only folks>

Does the SBC even have policies for the removal of such a church?

Either the local Association or the SBC can withdraw fellowship. That was done probably 20 years to a small church in central KY for ordaining a woman. Personally, I liken doing this to a general telling half his troops that they can't fight in a monumental battle.

Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high [places].
