It is an interesting phenomena the way "Christians" treat each other. I would far prefer to be on the side of the "nuts", "insane" ones, "American nightmares", and "ignorant" then on the side that uses these terms as a replacement for making an effective argument.

I'm not a follower of Texe Marrs. I have listened to his radio program twice, I watched his video about the Word-Faithers and charismatics, I have read maybe three to four of his articles and I have read the mission statement on his site. Just like any brother in Christ I will defend him if I believe he is right. All I have heard to discredit him is hyperbole and name calling. If ya'll can make an argument that causes me to question his labor then I will certainly listen. Right. So you're saying economic conditions require that your church advertises for Discover (so they can get the free service). Texe and ministries like his sell books so that they can maintain their ministries.Third, I have no control of the banner ads on the church's website.. that comes with the fact that bravenet is a free service....
And the donate button on the right side of the site was set up in case someone wanted to donate to the church... we are not selling anything.
It also helps members that go south for the winter to continue supporting the church through their tithes.
