That day of "destruction will come on them suddenly ."

"That day will close on you unexpectedly like a trap."

If the rapture was pre-week the day of destruction would not come suddenly and unexpectedly. Several years would transpire between the rapture and that day of destruction giving ample forewarning before that day begins.
The only way that day could come suddenly is to have the Rapture immediately before the destruction during the "Peace and safety" initiated at the beginning of the week. The rapture cannot come at the beginning of the peace and safety it must end the peace in order for that day to come suddenly.

Note how he BROKE UP his term, "falling away rapture".

He then tries to prooftext the FALSE TERM by using two passages with falling away in one (English) and a Latin text with the rapturo in the other.

No match folks. THE TERM HE USED IS FALSE. (Falling away rapture)

This man has now claimed that he has SPIRITUAL INSIGHT to which "none" have put in print, NOR IS RECORDED IN THE SCRIPTURES.

Brother Ed, my vocabulary will do just fine for IDENTIFICATION of the falsity of your teaching.

I try to adhere to Pauline principle, which sometimes IS harsh by "modern-day" let's get along standards.

False teaching ABOUNDS in Christianity. Laxity of REBUKE due to "perception" of being mean and nasty by others is wrong. Falsehood should be corrected. (See 2 Tim.4)

I have commended Ed previously on his long held belief of the pretrib rapture. It is NOW TIME to go on UNTO PERFECTION. Anyone who doesn't BECOMES "reprobate" unto the truth.

He has been CORNERED on the FALSITY of the 7 year tribulation, and preweek rapture. He has no verses. He wrests the scriptures, evades answers to the facts, and FABRICATES any number of "scenario's" from his mind. Those are GAMES without biblical support.

It is wrong.

No, I am not harsh on Ed, but FULFILLING "my" ministry of 2 Tim.4, which the Lord GAVE TO ME over 30 years ago.

False teaching is heresy WHEN manifested by truth. Paul MANIFESTED the truth AND falsehood of rapture timing. Those unlucky enough to be caught were Hymaneous and Philetus. Ed has also been numbered among them.

I didn't come in "hollering" reprobate or heretic. I came in showing the verses, THEN when rejected, after the DISTORTIONS are given, it gets stronger.

It is NOW TIME to "scratch him off". (Titus 3) But I guarantee you, he will be right back AT ANY POST of mine, spouting the SAME FOOLISHNESS which cannot be proven by any scriptural comparison or biblical text.

Just so you will understand. It's not Ed, personally. It's the FALSE POSITION which he tries to justify and the MEANS by which he tries to justify it. That's all. He happens to be the one who stands for the teaching on this thread. The falsity is REDUNDANTLY repeated, so the "measured" RESPONSE has to be in counteraction of it.
