Day of the Lord is not found in Jeremiah 30.
What are you talking about, specific verse please.
Show me what you say is in the Bible here. Thank you.
The day of the Lord, according to Paul, concerns the woman in travail with child.
1 Thessalonians 5:2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
1 Thessalonians 5:3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.
This will match the WORDS of Jeremiah 30 and Isaiah 13.
Jeremiah 30:5 For thus saith the LORD; We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace.
Jeremiah 30:6 Ask ye now, and see whether a man doth travail with child? wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness?
Jeremiah 30:7 Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble; but he shall be saved out of it.
Jeremiah 30:8 For it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst thy bonds, and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him:
Jeremiah 30:9 But they shall serve the LORD their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them.
Isaiah 13:6 Howl ye; for the day of the LORD is at hand; it shall come as a destruction from the Almighty.
Isaiah 13:7 Therefore shall all hands be faint, and every man's heart shall melt:
Isaiah 13:8 And they shall be afraid: pangs and sorrows shall take hold of them; they shall be in pain as a woman that travaileth: they shall be amazed one at another; their faces shall be as flames.
Isaiah COINED the day of the LORD of hosts, which is also referred to as "in that day".
Isaiah 2:12 For the day of the LORD of hosts shall be upon every one that is proud and lofty, and upon every one that is lifted up; and he shall be brought low:
Isaiah 2:13 And upon all the cedars of Lebanon, that are high and lifted up, and upon all the oaks of Bashan,
Isaiah 2:14 And upon all the high mountains, and upon all the hills that are lifted up,
Isaiah 2:15 And upon every high tower, and upon every fenced wall,
Isaiah 2:16 And upon all the ships of Tarshish, and upon all pleasant pictures.
Isaiah 2:17 And the loftiness of man shall be bowed down, and the haughtiness of men shall be made low: and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day.
Isaiah 2:18 And the idols he shall utterly abolish.
Isaiah 2:19 And they shall go into the holes of the rocks, and into the caves of the earth, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth.
Isaiah 2:20 In that day a man shall cast his idols of silver, and his idols of gold, which they made each one for himself to worship, to the moles and to the bats;
Isaiah 2:21 To go into the clefts of the rocks, and into the tops of the ragged rocks, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth.
Jeremiah uses that term, IN THAT DAY, in reference to the the time of Jacob's trouble, which is the great tribulation, which BEGINS at the MIDST OF THE WEEK, according to the Lord Jesus. It also refers to the time when David is raised up.
Matthew 24:15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand
Matthew 24:16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
Matthew 24:17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
Matthew 24:18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.
Matthew 24:19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
Matthew 24:20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
Matthew 24:21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
Daniel 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
Daniel 11:30 For the ships of Chittim shall come against him: therefore he shall be grieved, and return, and have indignation against the holy covenant: so shall he do; he shall even return, and have intelligence with them that forsake the holy covenant.
Daniel 11:31 And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate.
Daniel 12:1 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

Agreed. But now that i have to have a verse for everything,
you have to have a verse for everything
You later DISREGARD your agreement by stating that Christ is the Lord MAKING the day of Christ the day of the Lord. AGAIN, Christ is NOT THE LORD in the term. It is the FATHER, for that is an OT term, not a NT term.
Quote:
"Day of Christ" = "Day of the Lord" for Christ is our Lord,
Master, and Savior.
Unquote.
No, Christ is not the Lord in that TERM. It is the OT term, the day of the Lord, which refers to the FATHER, not the SON.
That teaching overthrows the TRUTH by stating that Christ is the Lord OF THE TERM. The Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are ALL called the Lord in the NT. Paul used Lord Christ when the Lord (Father) was in the SAME VERSE.
Colossians 3:24 Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.

Here is my take:
(read your verses, if you must read verses)
"Day of Christ" and "Day of the Lord" are interchangable.
(In fact, scriptures interchanges the two in 2 Thessalonians 2:2.
Now there's the PROBLEM. They are not interchangable. There are two different readings from two different texts. The King James states day of Christ, with other versions taking the alternate reading, day of the Lord.
Paul stated that believers ESCAPED the day of the Lord. (1 Thess.5) It would be a contradiction of Pauline teaching. The day of Christ CAN'T BE interchangable with that day. It is the day of our gathering which is BEFORE the day of the Lord. (1 Thess.4-5) We are not children of the day of the Lord, but of another day.

Here are three meanings of the "Day of Christ" or "Day of the Lord":
1. The time when Christ our Lord will interfeere in the affairs
of mankind again
2. The 70th Week of Daniel (AKA: Tribulation period,
time of God's wrath, etc.)
3. The Millinnial Kingdom of Christ (AKA: the Millinnial Kingdom
of the Lord) [/QB]
The day of Christ (and all forms referencing the Son) refer to the gathering of the body of Christ, along with our judgment, blessing, rewards. That's why it's the judgement seat of Christ, AND NOT GOD, in the texts of 2
Cor.5 and Rom.14. (another example of new versions distorting the truth)
That day does not come unless there comes a falling away FIRST, and the man of sin be revealed. (2 Thess.2) The revelation occurs in the MIDST OF THE WEEK, when Satan is cast down (Rev.12), and the son of perdition is given power (Rev.13). The working of miracles are connected with his coming. (Rev.13) False prophet performing.
The day of Christ/day of the Lord IS NOT the 70th week of Daniel by any prooftext.
The millenial kingdom is not the day of Christ by any prooftext.
The day of the Lord BEGINS with the INVASION of Jerusalem which coincides with the abomination of desolation in the midst of the week. (Zech.14, Jer.30, Dan.9,11, Luke 21, Rev.11, Matt.24)
It INCLUDES the millenial reign of Christ. (Isaiah 2,11,12,etc.)
There is no 7 year period of tribulation IDENTIFIED by any prooftext.
