Your only say is in the path you choose toward hell. Right, left, down the middle, they all go to hell. Which do you choose?
The chasm between you and God is too great. Only God can save you. God must choose to do so. If/when God does save you, it will be all God's effort and none of your effort.
Does that sound like slavery to you? Is God mind raping you by reaching down and saving you?
Honestly, you have no concept of free-will or God's Sovereignty.
Wrong again. Not one of God's elect will be lost. God is not a weakling, incapable of keeping His word. He is the Almighty!
If one refused to uphold salvation as per the scriptures, as in Reformed sotierology, then one gets a less than God in this area.
My versions of the same prayers actually involve God protecting you from me.

I agree that he did seek out God. But then there's this...
The fool has said in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, they have committed abominable deeds; There is no one who does good. The LORD has looked down from heaven upon the sons of men To see if there are any who understand, Who seek after God. They have all turned aside, together they have become corrupt; There is no one who does good, not even one.[Psalm 14:1-3] Here we see that the fools, IOW the wicked, are not looking, seeking for God.
What then? Are we better than they? So, the wicked do not seek God. Now you have presented unto yourself an conundrum. There are none who seek God, in proper context it means the wicked. Now, this demon possessed man that sought Jesus was as wicked as they come. Why did he seek Him?
I already answered that. The demon possessed man sought Jesus to be delivered from the curse of the devil. Jesus saved him.
You've got the context wrong. Verse you quoted from Psalms is about the pagans that surround Israel. They don't seek the one and only True God because they claim, "There is no God". According to the psalmist people that say "there is no God" do not seek Him. These people are wicked.
It's an Old Testament verse. Paul repeats it in Romans.
Look at the churches that are full of people every Sunday in the USA. They believe there is a God, and this God is the one from the Old and New Testament--the one True God. There are millions and millions of people seeking God and Jesus every Sunday. It's an undeniable fact that people today seek Jesus. Your interpretation of the verse needs to be reconciled with what it is really saying, not what you want it to say to fit into some systematic theology.
But the bible states no one seeks God. Abram wasn't seeking God in the pagan land of Ur when God sought him out. Moses was hiding in the desert of Midian for 40 years when God sought him out. David was in the mountains tending to the sheep when God sent Samuel to anoint him king of Israel. Saul of Tarsus was on his way to Demascus to persecute the church when God knocked him off his ride. The Disciples where minding their own business when Jesus came to have them follow Him.
I agree that ppl seek God. But only those who have been regenerated seek Him. The dead seek no one.
Yes, in the Old Testament it says this.
So millions and millions of people that fill the pews of liberal churches and/or churches that don't preach the Bible are regenerated?
No.

That is not seeking after God. That is seeking self pleasure by attempting to use God.
God the Son showed us the way of seeking. "Not my will, but thine be done."
Whenever you see someone who is genuinely seeking God, it is always because God is drawing them like a tractor beam. When they are ultimately drawn in, they respond with "not my will be done, but thy will be done oh God."
Any other form of "seeking" is selfish and wicked. This is why the prosperity gospel is so carnal and evil. It is also why so many people abandoned Jesus.

And Paul reiterates this in Romans 3. This saying "It says it in the OT and not in the NT fractures God's word. All scripture harmonizes with each other.
There were many in John 6 who followed Jesus until He made the statement concerning His flesh and blood and departed. Just because someone sought Him whilst He was here on earth does not mean they sought Him as their Messiah. Many sought Him for food.

Here we can see Paul showing both classes of ppl in verse 9 when he wrote, "Are we better than they?" He then said that both Jews and Greeks were under sin. Then he said "There are none righteous..."
So, ITL says that ppl in the OT didn't seek God? So I guess we did, seeing we aren't under the OT?
This is the type of hermeneutic we debate against, that is shoddy to the core. Plus, IIRC, ITL started a thread once about Peter and Paul having two different messages, one to the Jews and one to the Gentiles. Shoddy hermeneutics to the core.

Read the passage and note that Paul is presenting the Sovereignty of God.
God purposes.
Any seeking that is done happens by the purpose of God.
Acts of the Apostles 17:24-31
[24]“He is the God who made the world and everything in it. Since he is Lord of heaven and earth, he doesn’t live in man-made temples,
[25]and human hands can’t serve his needs—for he has no needs. He himself gives life and breath to everything, and he satisfies every need.

[27]“His purpose was for the nations to seek after God and perhaps feel their way toward him and find him—though he is not far from any one of us.

[29]And since this is true, we shouldn’t think of God as an idol designed by craftsmen from gold or silver or stone.
[30]“God overlooked people’s ignorance about these things in earlier times, but now he commands everyone everywhere to repent of their sins and turn to him.
[31]For he has set a day for judging the world with justice by the man he has appointed, and he proved to everyone who this is by raising him from the dead.”
And also quoted in the NT as current truth. Romans 3:11 There is no one who understands. There is no one who seeks after God.
Why do you do this? He never said, nor implied, any such thing. And to twist and spin what he said into that untruth is highly dishonest. Shame on you!
