The best "position" I can describe is that she is the Mother of God. From this fact flows all Catholics know and love about her.

You are confounding heavenly things with earthly things. The Virgin Mary is not the Co-Redemptrix of the universe. Marist such as Pope John Paul II have spurred on the cult of Mary in the RCC. Mary was a sinner just like all of the other children of Adam and of Noah and she was in need of a Savior. Jesus created her.
What is an idol goddess doing in heaven? You quote the wrong Scripture passage as no such thing could exist where God exists.
Rev. 12:1-2 says, “And a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars; 2 and she was with child; and she cried out, being in labor and in pain to give birth.” Ummmm, not what could this be all about? Could it be:
1. Crown of 12 stars meaning the 12 tribes of Israel.
2. She was with child and in pain, meaning giving birth to the Savior.
3. Crown signifying Queen as the counterpart to Jesus, the King of Kings.
Is this possible? Only when we get to heaven will we find out for sure!
She is not the Mother of God. She is the woman who gave birth to Jesus, but He created her. Jesus existed before the earth was created. Mary was four thousand years after Adam.

I believe the "Mary = perpetual virgin" idea was started by former worshippers of Athena (Roman Minerva) who was considered to be a perpetual veigin. Anyway, it's FALSE!

Obviously, He won't return with a whole kingdom. He will take over the throne of David, wherever it may be now.

All the names involved were VERY COMMON Jewish names then. Plainly, the men of Nazareth, having known Jesus & His human family since they returned from Egypt, were speaking of MARY'S OTHER CHILDREN. Scripture does NOT say mary remained a vergin forever-it says Joseph had no "relations" with her UNTIL SHE HAD GIVEN BIRTH TO JESUS.

Jesus is our advocate because He knows exactly what we are up against down here because He experienced it all Himself. No longer is God removed from the experience of life on earth because through His incarnation as Jesus Christ He experienced it all Himself.
