That is a question that deals with the autonomy of the local church. Each local church is different and many churches take different stands.The question is - do Baptist churches allow for believer's baptism in non-Baptist churches - such that a non-Baptist who chooses to join the Baptist church does not have to get re-baptized to join, as long as they had already participated in believers full water immersion baptism in their former church.
I thought the answer to that was "yes" - they accept full water baptism of believers in other denominations.

A church that I used to be a member of would not accept any other church's baptism unless that church was a church of like faith and order. Even if the person had been scripturally baptized in a Brethren or CMA church or Pentecostal church their baptism would not be accepted because it was not Baptist. Some Baptist churches (not all) are like that. Again, Baptist churches are autonomous. One church cannot speak for all.
