No. This law was passed in 2015. But it doesn't work. During the 3 years of his rule, Zelensky closed all opposition media. Laws and the Constitution are not working in Ukraine.

Yes, there is a House of Representatives in the USA.Formally, this is a mistake. But in essence, it doesn't change anything…..

Just to be clear, in England there is the lower house (house of commons) and the upper house, (House of Lords).

In the US, we have the House of Representatives and the Senate.

Every US politician in both houses believe they are “Lords”.
