My statement is about what this and other threads have been about, the very core of them, and that is whether we can as believers commit sin unto death. As you know,, I do not believe you can. Steaver on the other hand along with you, believe you can commit any sin. I deny that, which is my belief.
BBob,
And because Steaver's testimony is contrary to the core of your belief, you refuse to believe his testimony. Isn't that correct?

I stand by my theology, I do not call Steaver anything. I can not look in his heart, nor do I know him. But you Sir, have continued to call others liars.

Bob, the continual misrepresentation of a person's post or words that he has posted is not only deceitful, it, in and of itself is lying. Thus every day you come on this board and you lie. That in and of itself makes you a liar. Your "putting words in my mouth" without documentation, without quotes, without evidence, is lying. Your only response is: "you are saying it and don't know it." That is unacceptable. Don't lie about what I said. If you think I have said something wrong then the onus is on you to prove it, otherwise you have lied in posting it. You do this on a daily basis. You lie on a daily basis.

The Bible says that you lie, Bob (Rom.3:4). If you deny it, you simply lie again.
Concerning Steaver, he said he was saved at ten. You deny it. You will not agree with his testimony, will you. Will you agree with Steaver's testimony that he was saved at the age of ten, even though he fell into grievous sin after that? Yes or No? A simple one word answer will do.
You have a chance to clear it up right now.
You have a chance to tell the BB whether you believe Steaver or are calling him a liar or are calling him unsaved. Don't hedge or beat around the bush. This is your chance.
Do you believe that his testimony is true--that he was saved at the age of ten?

I could not tell you when anyone is saved, including you. Only God knows that.

BTW: I answered Steaver.

Ro 3:4 God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.

HP: This verse in no wise establishes that all men are liars. One would do well to take heed to a man after God’s own heart on the matter. Ps 116:11 I said in my haste, All men are liars.

That is between Steaver and God. I am not God and know not when anyone is saved. You are asking me to play God, and that Sir, I do not do.

BTW: I answered Steaver.

HP: Why would you, a moderator of all people, tempt another on this list to violate one of the rules on the list???? If I understand the rules correctly, regardless if one answers yes or no, they would be in violation of the rules.

One way the moderators of the list could embody the spirit of the rules would be to post in conformity to them, setting a clear example for others to follow.

The rules have already been violated, as has been demonstrated in previous posts.
This is a chance to set the record straight.
If the record isn't set straight and people's salvation continue to be questioned then action may have to be taken.

You are trying to force me to say when Steaver was saved. I do not have that ability, God did not give it to me. I am just a poor sinner trying to get to heaven. There are obstacles in the way, but by the help of the Lord I shall perservere unto the end.

BBob,
There is none righteous, no not one.
There is none that doeth good.

There is not a just man on the earth that knoweth to do good and doeth it not.

Jeremiah 13:23 Can the Ethiopian change his skin, or the leopard his spots? then may you also do good, who are accustomed to do evil.

All our righteousnesses are as filthy rags.

For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.

1 John 1:8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

1 John 1:10 If we say that we haven't sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

I am no longer short of the Glory of God, it is down in my soul. God is stronger than you and anyone else. Are you questioning my salvation to say that I am short of the Glory of God?

Do you believer Steaver's testimony that he was saved at the age of ten?
Yes or no?

It is a simple question.
It doesn't force you to say when he was saved; it forces you to agree with a fellow believer that his testimony regarding his salvation is true. If we can't trust our fellow believers we are in a very sorry state of affairs.

I told you several times now, I do not know when Steaver was saved, I do not know when you were saved. It is between you and God and Steaver and God. I don't even question the drunk on the street salvation, it is between him and God. We no longer go to the physical high preist, but we go to God for our salvation.

BBob,
1 John 1:8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

1 John 1:10 If we say that we haven't sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

The above two verses were written to believers. Notice John says "we" including himself.
When Paul wrote Romans 3:23 he was speaking of sin, and its effects.
Sin causes ALL to miss the mark of God's glory. Every time you sin you miss the mark of God's holiness and God's glory. If you deny that it is a demonstration of your innate nature of lying. No one is questioning your salvation. But we do question you ability to live a sinless life. You have admitted in the past that you don't believe in entire sanctification, or sinlessness. Every time you sin, you fall short of God's glory or holiness. You are not as holy as God, except in the righteousness of Christ.

You conviently did not quote the rest which says if we are born of God, we cannot sin, for His seed remaineth in us, therfore we cannot sin. You again accuse me of being a liar, when scripture says not liars shall enter into Heaven, therefore, you are questioning my salvation, Sir. You are breaking the BB rules by question my salvation. You also said that calling another member a liar, is against BB rules, when you have called me a liar over and over and you are a moderator which should be setting an example for others to follow.

BBob,
Your answer is: I do not know when Steaver was saved.....
The conclusion is then, that you do not believe Steaver when he testifies to you: "I was saved at the age of ten."
You have called him a liar without saying the words.
You don't believe his testimony.
You will someday give account for that Bob.

Those are your words, not mine. There is no mincing of words when you question my salvation, by calling me a liar.
