Yes, but this is the accusation ITL is throwing out there. He claims there is evidence that Trump or his campaign colluded with the Russians, whatever that means. Even his sources don't say that. That's what the FBI, the House Intelligence committee investigation and the Senate Intelligence committee is supposed to find out, whether or not the Trump campaign colluded with Russians. The DNI's investigation was to find out if Russians influenced our election. They say they did.
