Moral character is not the main issue in this past election UNLESS it is morally better to choose between the lesser of two evils according to the following criteria.

One did not want to vote for an individual who was going to lead us down the path on the way to socialism/marxism.

One did not want to vote for an individual who was going to appoint like minded liberal progressive justices to the SCOTUS.

One did not want to vote for an individual who supports baby murder, euthanasia and eugenics.

Well, I explained the difference between God raising up Kings/Leaders of nations and God raising up Priest/Pastors of the flock of True Believers.

David, being a King, went to battle and slaughtered the enemies of God. He even killed those who he disarmed and captured. Priest/Pastors are not called to do that.

How far we have fallen. Look when God called David he was not any of those things. This is like trying to explain why 1+1=2. If you cannot understand the need for moral character of our politicians then I have no idea how to explain something so basic. Would you also except a lack of moral character in a church leader, given your example above?

Agreed we fell in 1973 through the Roe vs. Wade SCOTUS decision

But we have not fallen when abortion might be repealed as a federal mandate of the SCOTUS.

If the repeal doesn't happen and/or the SCOTUS becomes liberal progressive/marxist then perhaps we can say we have fallen.
