God's forgiveness is conditional...

JOHN 1:9 [9],

we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
MATTHEW 6:14-15 [14], For

you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: [15], But

Being a disciple we must follow what Jesus says...

Ok once again too many to list and may post some more latter..
But you get the picture right? Both God's "SALVATION" and God's "PROMISES" are all "CONDITIONAL" on BELIEVING and FOLLOWING God's WORD. This is the same as saying
"IF" we do not "BELIEVE and FOLLOW GOD'S WORD" we do not have salvation because all those who do not "BELIEVE AND FOLLOW" God's Word are "UNBELIEVERS"
So no these words only show a "CONDITIONAL PARTICLE" to HEBREWS 6:4-8 meaning IF YOU DO THIS THAN THIS WILL HAPPEN
