Was God Wrathful before the Fall?

If that is true then God is a terrible judge of character. Genesis 1:31 God saw everything that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. There was evening and there was morning, a sixth day.
Good is not moral, Good is according to God's purpose . This is a physical creation not spiritual. Satan was here already

Satan sinned before fall of man and was expelled from Heaven to here, He and soothe were already experiencing some wrath, but more is to come

Can you prove that satan sinned before the fall of man?
Must we judge Him before God does in Genesis 3:14 well after the creation of man?

Again he had not yet been judged (Genesis 3:14).
yes, He was in sin, or he would still be in Heaven.

The expulsion happen as the universe was created. They were sent in darkness and there was no darkness in Heaven.
Sin is the cause of this universe being created or we would all be in Heaven

a long time before
OK we disagree but OK no biggie.

I will also agree that his questioning of God's motives probably started long before his sin of the attempted destruction of mankind -
who bore the image and likeness of their creator.

Satan started sin, it was ego. Adam is part of redemption process

Well, kinda, it was perhaps "the last straw".

Isaiah 14:14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

Possibly he said in his heart "Why not me? Why can't I be in His likeness? Why only these two!?"

If Satan wanted to ascend above the clouds, the clouds would have to exist... so at the very least the fall of Satan was after the creation of the universe.
