I just e-mailed Andrew with a request for a forum devoted to this discussion group to be set up. I will wait to hear from him to take the next step in setting up the group. I just had time to finish reading the first few pages tonight, and find it to be very thought provoking thus far and think we could have some very enlightening discussion about it.
