Your name kinda gives it away there KY! [emoji16]Right wing conservative.
Of course not. In all the interviews Corbyn answered questions courteously without evading issues. And regarding his alleged antisemitism, according to the Israeli newspaper Haaretz
Those who accuse him of antisemitism do so because he is concerned for the Palestinian people who live under Israeli domination. His meetings with so-called "terrorists" have been to seek to understand grievances & help towards peace - as he did successfully in Northern Ireland.
On an entirely different note: How do you bloke's like the "Derry Girls?" Realistic comedy of Northern Ireland and Derry or not? [emoji41]Oh good grief, Corby never met a terrorist he didn't like. He was present at a wreath laying ceremony on the graves of those terrorists who perpetrated the Munich massacre. He has hung around with the likes of the IRA, Hamas, and Iranian supported groups like the Mahdi Army Militia headed by Muqtada al-Sadr. These groups are killers of innocent people and they need not be understood but defeated so the world can become a safer place in which to live. Thankfully the British electorate has sent him packing. Maybe Hamas can give him a job?
Well, it looks like the British people as a whole were not fooled by this dyed in the wool leftist wacko and voted accordingly. As for not being an anti-Semite, many British Jews have quite a different opinion than Haaretz from Israel. Corby was surrounded by anti-Semites in Labour and comments by activists like Ken Livingstone among others showed this to be a reality that just could not be ignored.

No. The British people were fooled by a proven liar & coward, who was afraid to answer questions from reporters & hid in a fridge, who pocketed a reporter's mobile phone rather than look at a distressing photo on it. One with a history of racism who supported Israelis against the Palestinian people & encouraged Islamophobia. One who supported the austerity measures that have caused child poverty, homelessness & deaths in shop doorways, & the run down of the National Health Service.
Its very sad, & the British people will realise they have been fooled.
Please give specific examples of Corbyn's alleged antisemitism.
Strange that many people interviewed in former Labour heartlands said that they thought Corbyn was a liar, they didn't trust him and didn't like his form of Socialism.
The socialists of that era (1920-60) did a great job, from which we are all still benefitting. The trade unions had too much power after that & were destroyed by Thatcher & co. Before then, after the war, both Labour & Conservative concentrating on rebuilding the country. At that time I voted Conservative. Once Thatcher gained power & voted Liberal, Independent or Green. My wife's family were socialists. If he had not had to move south due to his health in Sheffield due to the polution from thr steel works, he would have been prospective labour candidate for the Sheffield seat that was later represented by David Blunket. My wife now says "Their religion was socialism." They took the Daily Worker every day and visited Russia before the war.
I was always a labour voter till well after we were maried. However since then I have voted for varous parties. I am not and never have been or never will belong to a political party.
The only honest one in all this is Nigel Farage. He has only one policy. To get us out of Europe. After the referendum he resigned thinking his job was done. Unfortunately he didn't allow for all those politicians who tried to block the will of the people, even though they voted to respect it. Nigel formed the Brexit Party and six weeks later got the highest no of MEP's in the European elections.
Boris Johnson's deal is not Brexit, it is half in and half out.
Why do you want Brexit?
I messaged my Friend Dan
Emily Thornbury is reported as saying that Labour lost the election because of stupid voters. Which she denies.
He replied
Nah, it's because Labour are a bunch of idiots! We would have returned to the dark ages if Dappy Corbyn had won the election.
Please - can we keep to on topic political matters.
Can we justify our political stance from Scripture?
Daniel 2:41-43 The ten nations that suceeded the Roman Empire will never stck together for long. There have been many attempts to unite the old Roman Empire under the popes since then. The EU is the latest. Most of the EU states are papist. Please - can we keep to on topic political matters.
