Stopping in for a minute. I am having fun with gkids. We are looking through Granpa's old comic books...I can't believe he still has them.
Yes, it is! I like to talk about things without hard feelings and I truly hope I've not caused any hurt or hard feelings, because that has never been my intention.
I agree and you certainly haven't hurt me or caused hard feelings. As most of you know, I feel very strongly about choices, rights, and living a Christian life. Therefore, I may come on very strong at times, but I really like to see both sides presented and I do not intend to attack anyone for their beliefs and lifestyle.
I am older than any of you and even when I was in high school, there was no doubt in my mind that I would work, at first it was as a teacher. When I discovered that teaching was taking too much time away from my family, I quit until the children were older. When my working was necessary, I went back to work, but as a secretary. There was a time when my husband was not able to work, therefore, I did and we shared the responsibilities at home. Children and husbands are our first responsibilities and we, as women, do what we think is necessary within God's will to take care of our families and homes.
If I were to give any of you advice, I would say, enjoy your families each step of the way.
My prayers are with all who post and all who read that you will continue to find God's Will in your life.
