What is the Christian theological response to racism?

Race is a sociological word created by ignorant white people who needed a simplistic system of separating people so they could lord it over others.
There is no such thing as race, yet our government still uses the process in our census. This is why I refuse to answer that question. That question is a perfect example of systematic separation by skin color (race). It's disgusting.

Darwin made it worse because he claimed it was scientific that whites were supreme.

does not say race! and there are at least a dozen blood types - so when I get time......

in fact - if given the wrong blood type - it could kill you
I don't think it wise to obfuscate these words of Paul by projecting 21st Century science onto them. They are clear enough. We are all one, children of God in one respect, 'as also some of your own poets have said, "For we are also His offspring."' To hate or to despise a man because of the amount of melamine in his skin or for some other racial feature is the worst kind of foolishness, for he is the descendant of Adam just as we are, and though he may be a Moslem or a Hindu today, who is to say that God has not predestined him for salvation through faith in the Lord Jesus? And on that Last day, he may be standing next to you or me, clothed in white robes, in that great crowd of Revelation 7:9-10.

Wait, Muhammad PBUH said to drink camel urine to cure any ailment and Greear said that we worship the same god as Muhammad PBUH did so lets have a little something or other in the name of ERLC and syncretism forever!
If I told you honestly what I thought of Greear, I would get banned.

Amen. And it has nothing to do with being anti-science. Words evolve in their meanings throughout the ages, and we need to seek the precise meaning of a word as the writer understood it.

Scripture makes divisions along the lines of peoples, tribes, tongues, and nations. It's silent on skin color as a major distinction.

The irony is, culturally, I have much more in common with my black neighbor, than my white skin counterpart in Europe. Americans of all colors are my tribe and people.

What are some biblical truths we can offer the world on this subject? What are some worldly ideas we can correct?

What is the biblical response to concepts like privilege, and intersectionality?

What is the biblical response to social justice?

The Bible says to love your neighbor. Not hate them. Love is the only answer

and I had a better relationship with my unsaved business partner than I did with a Christian businessman of which I had a large business transaction. - but what does that have to do with skin color. oh forget it

Jesus interaction with the woman at the well is a good biblical expression of the evils of separation by pridefully lifting up one group over another.
Note in that interaction that Jesus had to get his disciples out of the way because his disciples were so prejudiced against Samaritans. In that situation we can find parallels between the racist thoughts of our present day.

Indeed. Collectively judging an entire people group is wrong. It's wrong to judge black americans by the actions of a few. It's wrong to judge police by the actions of a few.

I would like this to be applied more universally, condemning statements like "all whites are racist," as is taught at white privilege conferences. Yes, there is such thing.

Interviews of whites and blacks on the subject of white privilege.

edit: bummer, this link has been changed. I'll try to find.

edit: found it. First they interview guilty whites, then blacks. hilarious how silly the blacks think the whites are acting.

I wish you could get the simple truth I and others are trying to share. We're trying to explain to you that race is not the same as tribe and people. My black neighbor in America is by fellow tribe and people, sharing my nation and language. My skin-equivalent in Europe is not.

I am not as cultured as you. I am from two tribes. Cherokee and Creek. Just a smudge of Catawba as well. Skin color has a lot to do with tribe.

Explain how me believing whachamadoodle was a low life, criminal, druggie; has any basis in his skin color.

That's your heritage not your tribe, unless you're currently are a citizen of one of these tribes. My tribe is American, regardless of my heritage. These are my people, my nation my shared language speakers.

And thanks for thinking I'm cultured. I believe that's the first complement of that sort I've ever received.

It was not a compliment, but I am sure you knew that.

That race is an artificial construct based on skin color and appearance. The bible says we are one race found in Adam and Eve.
Sorry brother but that is not Bible, that is worldly rudiments.
Race is a divinely ordained division within mankind. The amount of verses on the issue is dizzying.
To recognize the God-ordained differences between the races is not "racist" in the evil sense of the term.
However, to hate someone simply based on said differences is "racist" in the evil sense of the term.

Second, the reports are that he and his murderer worked as bouncers at the same nightclub in Mpls. It may be that Chauvin had it in for George Floyd. But, you would never judge the former cop with the same contempt as you do George Floyd. I wonder why? I could say why, but I might get banned.

As Christians our unity is Christ regardless of the skin God gave us. Just let me worship with my brothers and sisters. I kind of wish God gave me the gift of tongues because it would be great to walk into any church service in the world and start singing in that tongue. I suspect that will be what it's like in heaven.

What you would say would be a lie. If the incident were the exact same with one change, I would still view it identically. If the former cop were black and Floyd were white, I would still say Floyd was a dirt bag. If both were white, I would still say Floyd was a dirt bag. If both were black, I would still say Floyd was a dirt bag.
You accuse me of judging Floyd due to racial bias. You have not and can not offer any evidence to support the lie.
If I have a bias, the bias is loyalty to the badge. The only color bias I have is blue
