What specifically is the "disaster" you say is realized?

I did not specify what the disasters would be, but it was obvious he was going to be a very harmful president, especially in foreign policy. He has been.

Even before he took office he had offended most of our allies and was far too cozy with Russia. Putin is no friend of the US.

There are only three reasons I can think of as to why Trump leaked the classified information:

1. He did not realize what he was doing.
2. He knew what he was doing and either did not care or realized that Russia would tell on him if he did not give them such information.
3. He is so concerned about being "smart" and "liked" that he was attempting to win admiration and friendship from Russia by showing how much he knew.

All are very bad reasons.
