It's finally warmed up to over 50 degrees, so we're having our first picnic of the year [in the backyard]: Fried Chicken, Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, Coleslaw, and Strawberry Shortcake for dessert.

We did hotdogs Friday.

We did flatbread pizzas on Saturday.

Today I made Alice Springs Chicken, sweet potatoes, green beans, and some Jiffy cornbread (my wife was wanting some of it).

Mind to give us the recipe for Onion Chicken? It sounds like it might be fairly easy to make it Weight Watchers friendly. ;)
