University of Louisville -- which you will be privileged to see at a bowl game on Jan. 2. BA in history, 1960

The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, BD 1963 -- yes, BD; before the degree was changed to MDiv ... but it's the same thing. Never felt it worth it to pay a few bucks and get a different diploma.

Also SBTS, DMin 1975.

Grew up in Louisville too .. so anything I know I learned in Louisville.

I am a 52 year old Grandma and I am going back to school this January!!! I am going to take online classes from Dalla Baptist University!
I was a music ed major, but I cannot finish that degree online, so something else will be my major. Pray for me!!!

Update: I will complete my Assoc of Arts in May from Pueblo Community College and then take my old upper division courses and submit them to a four year school and see how close I am to the Bach of Arts.

Does anybody know a good school online that you can get a Bach of Music or Music Ed from? I have enough performing credits to transfer.

My College (University)

I'm British and I went to Loughborough University from September 1990 to May 1994 (although I still had connections to it until I moved out of the area in September 1994). I have very fond memories of my time there for many reasons.

I was 40 years old when I started my English degree. My ex husband had just gone off with another woman, wanted to move her into the house and was suing me for divorce and my children were in their late teens so they told me to "go for it" and I did.

It was the making of me. It literally saved my sanity. I lived in halls of residence with other students, became a Christian and had a great time all round. I got a lower second in my Bachelor's - despite having my divorce Decree Absolute come through on the morning of one of my finals!

Unfortunately, I had to drop out halfway through my subsequent Master's degree in IT because the woman my ex husband dumped me for dumped him for someone else six months after I got to the university and he moved to the town, got a job on the campus and stalked me and my housemates for the next three years. The resulting stress proved too much and I had a breakdown and failed all but three of my eight Master's exams. The staff in both departments were extremely supportive and I can't praise them enough for helping me through such a difficult time.

I graduated from Northland Baptist Bible College in 1990 with a BS in Elementary Education. Anyone who graduates with a four year degree also has enough Bible credits for a Bible minor.

The above link is where I currently attend school: Heritage Baptist Institute. I'm in year three of a four year program. :)

Before I was saved, in the 2003-04 school year, I briefly attended Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio...but thank God, He called me to the ministry.
