PCC is big into KJVonly, non-baptist polity, and legalism run amok. It is a pseudo-fundamental school and I applaud those leaving the place for somewhere "more conservative".

YOU probably ought not to make recommendations at this point!!

I guess that I need to clarify. My problems with PCC are fading standards, especially music and dress- neither of which is as strong as is advertised, and some unethical practices, especially in the student employmnent department.
As to the KJYOnlyism THeir stand is not quite my stand, nor is it classic KJVOnly, but I very strongly favor the KJV.

I started out at Hardin-Simmmons University and transferred to UT. Finally went back and finished BBS at Hardin-Simmons. UT was a lot harder but I think I probably learned more there, just couldn't finish up there because I was more interested in the big city life and having fun than in studying. Would not recommend HSU to someone looking for a good university. Also, HSU is BIG into Christian counseling, which I think can be a real slippery slope because of the competing philosophies that are present in psychological disciplines. That's just my two cents. :D

MDiv in Biblical and Theological Studies - The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (in progress)

I hope to earn a PhD as well, but that is a little ways off.

Oh well, I suppose SBTS could get it out of you. Just remember, the gators finished 5th best in the state of Florida this year out of 5 teams.

Sad....another FSU fan that talks trash. I thought I could escape them on a theological message board due to the fact that most FSU grads and fans can't read. :D

We finished third....don't trash us like that! Not a good season, but still in the top 25. Most teams would love to win 8 games. But, I agree it is below our expectations.

FSU didn't do too hot either. You guys got the best of us, but lost 5 games as well. That's TWO bad seasons in a row for FSU (just one for UF). You still have your legend coach, we lost ours. You have no excuse. :D

(I think I got that out of my system)
BTW, how's basketball season going for the nolies?? :D

Please.

USF and UCF??? Give me a break. UCF is a joke, and USF got stomped by Arkansas.

Seems like the Gator-envy of an FSU fan is trying to add "funny math" into the equation to make UF seem bad. :D

Why do you hate UF?

PS- We are light years ahead of every other state school in basketball.....and seeing as it is now basketball season, that is where my focus is.

I think there are enough criminals right there on the FSU football team.

But in all seriousness, it's good to see some Florida people on here.
