"There you go again"...Interesting. You take exception to absolutely NOTHING that I have said, but you seem offended by the image you conjure up in your mind. You know, they have a name for that….not sure what it is but I’m sure they have a name for that.
I never said that you were a Republican. I don’t know your political affiliation…but like many here, with that statement I assume you are “independent”. I am a Republican. Like I suggested to TCassidy – God is not one to take our side on these issues. You may think that the Holy Spirit is “telling” you to vote for Trump, but I seriously doubt He speaks such direct revelations in that manner. We are to be obedient to God. Concentrate on that when you decide what to support and I think you'll be OK.
I never said that you were accountable to me, or anyone else. We are accountable to God for how we use what we have been given in this life (to include our voices). I agree.
My question is not what you believe, or what you think I may believe, but where you actually disagree with what I said (I’ll tell you what I believe…you don’t have to make things up).

I am really not sure what you are saying. I was not the first time either (I wasn’t sure if you were saying I was assuming you were a Republican or you were assuming I wasn’t, or you thought God was leading you to vote Trump, or you thought I believed God had told me not to….). Let’s keep it simple and stick to what I actually said and not play pretend.
Do you really disagree with anything I said, or are you just keeping this thread going until the clock strikes sometimes after 5 pm Pacific?

Thank you, Hank, for the "like". I've typically enjoyed our interactions (which have been typically outside of the politics threads as I don't like politics). Mostly because you seem to have a good, level sense about you. But I have to admit, partly because your avatar reminds me of Jerry Garcia. I was a deadhead for about a decade....which probably contributes to my sometimes/often lack of articulation and attention, something to which TCassidy may attest (even if I sometimes suspect he may belong to a commie heretic sleeper cell

Yes, I have been asked many times if I was Jerry especially when he was still alive. I was stopped in the street once by a group of young people and asked if I was Jerry. I said - yes but don't tell anyone I'm still alive, I was just kidding but unfortunately they believed the lie and followed/chased me around until I was able to lose them.Thank you, Hank, for the "like".
