Did they baptize by Immersion?

From the link in the OP - the answer is yes
and stated this: "They rejected infant baptism and propelled a confidence in pacifism. They don’t recognize the Baptist statute of justification by faith alone rather they emphasize a 'life of good works.' "

Menno Simon is the father of the Mennonites, Amish and Hutterites. The Amish and Hutterites are offshoots who thought Mennonites were straying off the path. Today's Mennonites run a broad spectrum with Mennonite Brethren being very close to Traditionalist Baptists.
Most people lump all groups who refuse infant baptism into the the Anabaptist movement. Few realize that Baptists are better traced through Calvin with a rejection of infant baptism coming over time.

I think Baptists are associated with Anabaptists is shared theology. Baptists are not Reformed. They are not Anabaptists. But they owe a debt to both in terms of doctrine.

An Anabaptist could be considered a Baptist, but not the other way around.

At a 150th anniversary celebration of the first Russian to be Scripturally baptized, a Russian Evangelical -Christinban Baptist historian divided Baptists into three movements.
  • Anglo-American
  • German/Continental
  • Slavic/Russian
The first is the group we are all familiar with. Thanks to the efforts of missionaries its influernc is world wide. The second's influence is mostly confine3d to Europe. The third is rooted in the German Baptist tradition with influence s from the British Plymouth Brethren. It developed its disticntive characteristics due to the isolation im[osed by the Soviet regieme.

Justification by faith ALONE is unscriptural. James 2:24

A 'life of good works' should definitely be emphasized. Romans 2:5-10
